Claims (10)
- Gasspülstein für metallurgische Gefäße mit einem porösen, gasdurchlässigen Formstein (1) aus feuerfestem Material, einer diesen umgebenden gasdichten Teilumkleidung, die aus einem sich um die seitliche Umfangsfläche des Formsteins erstreckenden Blechmantel (2) und einem die äußere Stirnfläche des Formsteins überdeckenden Blechdeckel (3) gebildet ist, und einem sich von der Unterseite des Blechdeckels erstreckenden Gaszuführungsrohr (6), das im Bereich einer im Blechdeckel ausgebildeten Gaseintrittsöffnung (7) mit dem Blechdeckel verbunden ist und im Abstand von der Gaseintrittsöffnung des Blechdeckels einen verengten Querschnitt (9) aufweist, wobei in dem Rohrabschnitt zwischen dem Blechdeckel (3) und dem verengten Querschnitt ein zumindest in Axialrichtung des Gaszuführungsrohres beweglicher Verschlußkörper (10) angeordnet ist, dessen Querschnitt kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Gaszuführungsrohres (6) und größer als der verengte Querschnitt ist und der entsprechend einem Rückschlagventil durch eine an dem Blechdeckel abgestützte Schraubendruckfeder (12) in Richtung des einen Ventilsitz (11) definierenden verengten Querschnitts belastet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der Innenwandung des Gaszuführungsrohres (6) und der Schraubendruckfeder (12) ein freier Ringraum (13) vorgesehen ist und daß der Querschnitt der Gaseintrittsöffnung (7) zumindest teilweise den Querschnitt des freien Ringraumes (13) überdeckt. - Gasspülstein nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaseintrittsöffnung (7) aus mehreren Bohrungen (14,15,16) besteht, deren Mittelachsen jeweils exzentrisch zur Mittelachse des Gaszuführungsrohres (6) angeordnet sind. - Gasspülstein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaseintrittsöffnung (7) aus drei Bohrungen (14,15,16) besteht, deren Mittelachsen jeweils exzentrisch zur Mittelachse des Gaszuführungsrohres (6) angeordnet sind. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelachsen der Bohrungen (14,15,16) auf einem gemeinsamen Kreis liegen und voneinander gleichmäßig beabstandet sind . - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkörper eine Kugel (10) ist. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz (11) mit dem Gaszuführungsrohr (6) einstückig ausgebildet ist. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz (11) konisch ausgebildet ist. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formstein (1) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet und in den entsprechend konisch ausgebildeten Blechmantel (2) eingeschrumpft ist. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blechdeckel (3) tellerförmig ausgebildet ist und eine Vertiefung (4) aufweist, die zusammen mit der Unterseite des Formsteins (1) einen Hohlraum (5) definiert. - Gasspülstein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gaszuführungsrohr (6) an seinem dem Blechdeckel (3) abgewandten Ende mit einem Innengewinde (8) und/oder Außengewinde zum Anschluß einer Gasleitung versehen ist.
