Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken von Golf-Tees und dergleichen nagelförmigen Gegenständen mit einem Kopf, gekennzeichnet durch einen Speicher (4) zur Bildung einer Reihe von Tees bzw. Gegenständen (2) mit zwei Schienen (18, 19), auf denen die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) mit ihrem Kopf (16) aufliegen und zwischen denen sie mit ihrer Spitze (15) nach unten hängen, ein Fördermittel (5) mit einem endlosen Tragorgan (21), das paarweise nebeneinander angeordnete Mitnehmer (22, 23) aufweist, die in Längsrichtung des Tragorgans (21) in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, der größer ist als die Länge eines Tees (2), und eine Druckvorrichtung (6) zum Bedrucken der auf dem oberen Trum (7) des Fördermittel-Tragorgans (21) liegenden Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2), wobei das Umlenkende (24) des Fördermittels (5) gegenüber dem Speicher (4) derart angeordnet ist und das Fördermittel (5) eine solche Umlaufrichtung (25) aufweist, dass das jeweilige Mitnehmerpaar (22, 23) am Umlenkende (24) zwischen den Schienen (18, 19) von unten nach oben bewegt wird, um das vorderste, dem Umlenkende (24) zugewandte Tee bzw. Gegenstand (2) der Reihe an seinem Kopf (16) zu untergreifen und bei seinem Weitertransport zur Druckvorrichtung (6) auf das obere Trum (7) zu legen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckvorrichtung (6) ein Tintenstrahldrucker ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tintenstrahldrucker (6) mit einem PC (33) mit Tastatur (34) ansteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (18, 19) des Speichers (4) schräg angeordnet sind, um eine Rutsche für die aufgereihten Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) in Richtung auf das Umlenkende (24) des Fördermittels (5) zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem dem Umlenkende (24) zugewandten Ende (26) der Schienen (18, 19) ein Anschlag für das vorderste Tee bzw. Gegenstand (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an dem Fördermitteltragorgan (21) Glieder (28) befestigt sind, von denen die Mitnehmer (22, 23) vorstehen und die eine Vertiefung (31) aufweisen, um am oberen Trum (7) des Fördermittels (5) eine sich in Förderrichtung (25) erstreckende Rinne zur Aufnahme der Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Tee-Vereinzelungseinrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist, von der die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) dem Speicher (4) zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung (3) zur Zufuhr der Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) von der Vereinzelungseinrichtung (1) zu dem Speicher (4) vorgesehen ist, welche zwei Schienen (12, 13) aufweist, auf denen die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) mit ihrem Kopf (16) aufliegen und zwischen denen sie mit der Spitze (15) nach unten hängen, wobei sich die Schienen (12, 13) derart über die Schienen (18, 19) des Speichers (4) erstrecken, das die die Schiene (12, 13) der Zufuhreinrichtung (3) verlassenden Tees bzw. Gegenstände mit ihrem Kopf (16) von den Schienen (18, 19) des Speichers (4) aufgenommen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (1) durch ein Gefäß (8) mit einer vom Boden aufsteigenden Wendel (9) und eine Schwingeinrichtung gebildet wird, die das Gefäß (8) derart in oszillierende Drehschwingungen (11) versetzt, dass die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) auf der Wendel (9) ruckartig in Wendelrichtung liegend nach oben wandern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schienen (12, 13) der Zufuhreinrichtung (3) an dem oberen Ende der Wendel (9) derart befestigt sind, dass das vorderste den Schienen (12, 13) zugewandte Tee bzw. Gegenstand (2) auf der Wendel (9) bei seinem Weitertransport von der Wendel (9) mit seinem Kopf (16) von den beiden Schienen (12, 13) der Zufuhreinrichtung (3) aufgefangen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (12, 13) der Zufuhreinrichtung (3) schräg angeordnet sind, um eine Rutsche für die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) in Richtung des Speichers (4) zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (33) vorgesehen ist, der bei einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von Tees bzw. Gegenständen (2) am Speicher (4) die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (1) stillsetzt und bei einer vorgegebenen kleineren Anzahl von Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) am Speicher (4) die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (1) wieder in Gang setzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Umlenkende (24) und der Druckvorrichtung (6) ein Andrücker (32) vorgesehen ist, der auf die Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) derart drückt, dass ein Tee bzw. Gegenstand (2), dessen Kopf nicht an dem zugehörigen Mitnehmerpaar (22, 23) anliegt, mit seinem Kopf (16) an das Mitnehmerpaar (22, 23) gezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtung der zu bedruckenden Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) durch Einbauten im Schwingförderer erfolgen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung der ausgerichteten Tees bzw. Gegenstände (2) an Stelle der Schienen eine keilförmige Rutsche aufweist.
