Claims (18)
- Eine Offsetdruckmaschine mit
einen ersten Druckformzylinder (16);
einer ersten Gummituchzylinder (18) zum wahlweisen Kontaktieren des ersten Druckformzylinders (16);
einer Aniloxfarbwalze zum Einfärben des ersten Druckformzylinders (16);
einem ersten Motor (20), der direkt mit der Aniloxfarbwalze verbunden ist, um die Aniloxfarbwalze anzutreiben, und der mit dem ersten Druckformzylinder (16) verbunden ist, um den ersten Druckformzylinder (16) anzutreiben;
einem zweiten Druckformzylinder (36);
einem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (38) zum wahlweisen Kontaktieren des zweiten Druckformzylinders (36);
einer zweiten Aniloxfarbwalze zum Einfärben des zweiten Druckformzylinders (36); und
einem zweiten Motor (22), der direkt mit der zweiten Aniloxfarbwalze verbunden ist, um die zweite Aniloxfarbwalze anzutreiben, und der mit dem zweiten Druckformzylinder (36) verbunden ist, um den zweiten Druckformzylinders (36) anzutreiben. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aniloxfarbauftragswalze eine Farbauftragswalze (14, 34, 114, 134) und eine Aniloxwalze (12, 32, 112, 132) umfasst, wobei die ersten Motoren (20, 22, 120, 122) die Farbauftragswalze (14, 34, 114, 134) direkt antreiben. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbauftragswalze (14) und der erste Druckformzylinder (16) denselben Durchmesser haben. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmaschine (1) des Weiteren einen dritten Motor (21) zum Antreiben der ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (18, 38) aufweist. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aniloxfarbwalze eine Aniloxwalze (12, 32, 112, 132) und eine Farbauftragwalze (14, 34, 114, 134) umfasst, wobei der erste Motor (20) die Farbauftragswalze (14) direkt und die Aniloxwalze (12) und den ersten Druckformzylinder (16) durch eine Reihe von Zahnrädern (40, 42,46) antreibt, und die zweite Aniloxfarbwalze eine zweite Aniloxwalze (32) und eine zweite Farbauftragswalze (34) umfasst, wobei der zweite Motor (22) die zweite Farbauftragswalze (34) direkt und die zweite Aniloxwalze (32) und den zweiten Druckformzylinder (36) durch eine zweite Reihe von Zahnrädern (60, 62, 66) antreibt. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und der zweiten Gummituchzylinder (18, 38) in direktem Zahneingriff miteinander stehen. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (18, 38) direkte, von einander getrennte Zahnräder (52, 53) aufweisen, wobei jedes direkte Zahnrad von dem dritten Motor (21) angetrieben wird. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Druckformzylinder (116) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (118) abgestellt werden kann, während der zweite Druckformzylinder (136) einen Druckvorgang weiterführt. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Motor (120, 122) die ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (118, 138) antreiben. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Aniloxfarbwalze eine Farbauftragswalze (114) und die zweite Aniloxfarbwalze eine zweite Farbauftragswalze (134) umfasst, wobei in einem ersten Betriebsmodus die Farbauftragswalze (114) direkt von dem ersten Motor (120) angetrieben wird, und der erste Druckformzylinder (116), der erste Gummituchzylinder (118) und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (138) indirekt von dem ersten Motor (120) angetrieben werden. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Druckformzylinder (136) von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (138) abgestellt wird. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem zweiten Betriebsmodus der zweite Motor (122) die zweite Farbauftragswalze (134), den zweiten Druckformzylinder (136) und die ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (118, 138) antreibt. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Druckformzylinder (116) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (118) abgestellt wird. - Ein Verfahren zum Antreiben eines Druckwerks (104) mit einer ersten Aniloxwalze (112), einem ersten Druckformzylinder (116), einem ersten Gummituchzylinder (118), der den ersten Druckformzylinder (116) wahlweise kontaktiert, mit einem zweiten Druckformzylinder (136), einem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (138), der den zweiten Druckformzylinder (136) wahlweise kontaktiert, und einer zweiten Aniloxfarbwalze, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:direktes Antreiben der ersten Aniloxfarbwalze anhand eines ersten Motors (120); indirektes Antreiben des ersten Druckformzylinders (116) anhand des ersten Motors (120);direktes Antreiben der zweiten Aniloxfarbwalze anhand eines zweiten Motors (122); undindirektes Antreiben des zweiten Druckformzylinders (136) anhand des zweiten Motors (122).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren weiterhin das Antreiben der ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (118, 138) mit einem der ersten oder zweiten Motoren (120, 122) umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren weiterhin das Antreiben der ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinder (18, 38) mit einem dritten Motor (21) umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Aniloxfarbwalze eine Farbauftragswalze (14, 114) und eine Aniloxwalze (12, 112) umfasst, wobei der erste Motor ((20, 120) die Farbauftragswalze (14, 114) direkt antreibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbauftragswalze (14, 114) und der erste Druckformzylinder (16, 116) denselben Durchmesser haben.
