Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Betreiben eines Sammelcontainers (1) für Sammelgut wie Müll und dergleichen, der nur gegen Entgelt von bei einem Containerbetreiber (7) registrierten Benutzern (10) benutzbar ist, mit folgenden Schritten:automatische Erfassung eines jeweiligen Benutzers (10) und/oder dessen Zugangsberechtigung,automatische Erfassung des jeweils einzuwerfenden Sammelguts, sowieautomatische Verbuchung des erfaßten Sammelguts auf ein elektronisches Benutzerkonto des erfaßten Benutzers,
das elektronische Benutzerkonto auf einer zentralen, vom Sammelcontainer (1) örtlich getrennten Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) geführt wird, Daten zur Verbuchung des eingeworfenen Sammelguts zwischen dem Sammelcontainer (1) und der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) per Datenfernübertragung ausgetauscht werden, sowie von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an den Containerbetreiber (7) Benutzerdaten und/oder Containerdaten über ein elektronisches Netzwerk (8) automatisch übermittelt und/oder abrufbar bereitgestellt werden. - Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Daten zur Verbuchung zwischen Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) und Sammelcontainer (1) über Mobilfunk ausgetauscht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an den Sammelcontainer (1) automatisch Benutzerdaten übermittelt werden, anhand derer vor der Annahme des jeweiligen Sammelguts durch den Sammelcontainer (1) automatisch geprüft wird, ob der Einwurf des jeweiligen Sammelguts von dem Benutzerkonto gedeckt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei von dem Sammelcontainer (1) an die Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) automatisch Containerdaten, insbesondere Verbrauchsdaten, Füllstandsdaten und/oder Wartungsstatusdaten, bereitgestellt bzw. übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an den Containerbetreiber (7) die Benutzerdaten und/oder Containerdaten wie Entgeltverbuchungsdaten, Verbrauchsdaten, Füllstandsdaten, Benutzerdaten und/oder Wartungsstatusdaten über das Internet (8) abrufbar bereitgestellt und/oder automatisch übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei bei einer Verweigerung des Zugriffs auf den Sammelcontainer (1) anhand der übermittelten und/oder von einer Benutzeridentifikationskarte eingelesenen Benutzerdaten durch den Sammelcontainer (1) automatisch aktuelle Benutzerdaten von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) abgefragt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei von einer Mehrzahl von Sammelcontainern (1) Benutzerdaten und/oder Containerdaten an die zentrale Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) übermittelt werden und/oder von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) Benutzerdaten und/oder Containerdaten an eine Mehrzahl von Containerbetreibern (7) bereitgestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an Containerbenutzer (10) über das elektronische Netzwerk jeweilige Benutzerdaten bereitgestellt und/oder automatisch übermittelt werden und/oder Benutzerdaten zur Aufladung des Benutzerkontos von dem jeweiligen Benutzer (10) abgefragt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zur Registrierung eines neuen Containerbenutzers Registrierungsdaten zwischen diesem Containerbenutzer (10) und der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) insbesondere über eine Internetverbindung (9) ausgetauscht und sodann Daten betreffend den neuen Containerbenutzer von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) zu dem Containerbetreiber (7) insbesondere über das Internet übertragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zur Überprüfung der Zugangsberechtigung und/oder zum Öffnen des Sammelcontainers (1) eine über ein Mobilfunknetz eingegebene Nachricht abgefragt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sammelcontainer (1) mittels einer Kamera überwacht und entsprechende Bilddaten automatisch an die Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) übermittelt werden, wobei vorzugsweise die Kamera nur bei Erfassung eines sich dem Sammelcontainer (1) nähernden Objekts eingeschaltet wird.
- System zum automatischen Betreiben eines Sammelcontainers (1) für Sammelgut wie Müll und dergleichen, der nur gegen Entgelt von bei einem Containerbetreiber (7) registrierten Benutzern (10) benutzbar ist, mit einer ersten Erfassungseinrichtung zur Erfassung eines jeweiligen Benutzers und/oder dessen Zugangsberechtigung, einer zweiten Erfassungseinrichtung zur Erfassung des jeweils eingeworfenen Sammelguts, einem Datenspeicher zur Speicherung eines Benutzerkontos sowie einer Recheneinheit (2) zur Verbuchung des erfaßten Sammelguts auf das elektronische Benutzerkonto, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zentrale Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) zur Führung des Benutzerkontos von dem Sammelcontainer (1) örtlich getrennt vorgesehen, eine Datenfernübertragungsvorrichtung (3) zur Verbindung der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) mit dem Sammelcontainer (1) vorgesehen, sowie ein elektronisches Netzwerk (8) zur Verbindung der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) mit dem Containerbetreiber (7) vorgesehen sind.
- System nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei als elektronisches Netzwerk das Internet vorgesehen ist und/oder die Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) Teil eines Webservers (4) ist.
- System nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei eine Prüfeinrichtung (2) am Sammelcontainer (1) vorgesehen ist, die derart ausgebildet ist, daß anhand von von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an den Sammelcontainer (1) übermittelter Benutzerdaten vor der Annahme des jeweiligen Sammelguts durch den Sammelcontainer (1) automatisch geprüft wird, ob der Einwurf des jeweiligen Sammelguts von dem Benutzerkonto gedeckt wird.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Einrichtung zur Übermittlung von Containerdaten, insbesondere Verbrauchsdaten, Füllstandsdaten und/oder Wartungsstatusdaten von dem Sammelcontainer (1) an die Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Einrichtung zur Übermittlung von Benutzerdaten und/oder Containerdaten von der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) an einen Containerbetreiber (7) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei Zeitschaltmittel zum Datenaustausch zwischen der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) und dem Sammelcontainer (1) in vorgegebenen Intervallen, vorzugsweise in der Nacht, vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Mehrzahl von Sammelcontainern (1) und/oder eine Mehrzahl von Containerbetreibern (7) mit der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) über ein elektronisches Netzwerk, insbesondere das Internet, verbunden sind.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Einrichtung zur Übermittlung von Benutzerdaten zwischen der Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) und Containerbenutzern (10) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Kamera zur Überwachung des Sammelcontainers (1) und eine Einrichtung zur automatischen Übermittlung der entsprechenden Bilddaten an die Entsorgungsdatenbank (5) vorgesehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise Erfassungsmittel zur Erfassung eines sich dem Container nähernden Objekts sowie eine Einschaltvorrichtung zur Einschaltung der Kamera in Abhängigkeit eines Signals der Erfassungseinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
