Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (100) zur elastischen, gelenkigen Lagerung in Druck-und Zugrichtung (12, 13) eines Kupplungsarmes (45) einer Mittelpufferkupplung (10) im Untergestell (11) eines Schienenfahrzuges, wobei der Kupplungsarm (45) der Mittelpufferkuppung (10) in seinem Gelenk (15), vorzugsweise allseitigem Stabilisierungsgelenk seinem in der Vorrichtung (100), an einem Gelenkbolzen (23) angelenkt ist und sich in Druckrichtung nach Überschreiten der Gelenkspielabfederung (21) über die Gelenkendfläche (16) und das aus Druckplatte (32) mit nachgeordnetem vorgespannten Federsystem (34) mit Anschlagplatte (35) gebildetem Federübertragungssystem (60) gegen fahrzeugseitige Druckanschläge (37) abstützt sowie sich in Zugrichtung über den Gelenkbolzen (23) mit den Gehäuse (30) der Vorrichtung (100) und das aus Endplatte (29) mit zugseitiger Spielabfederung (26), Anschlagplatte (25), Federsystem (34) und Druckplatte (32) gebildete zugseitige Federübertragungssystem (60) gegen fahrzeugseitige Zuganschläge (38) abstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgespannte Gelenkspielabfederung (21) im Einbauzustand durch das Einstellelement (22) im Kupplungsarm (45) spielfrei gegen den Gelenkbolzen (23) gedrückt wird, der im Langloch (24) des bei Druckhüben ruhenden Gehäuses (30) gleitet, wobei sich in Druckrichtung die Vorrichtung (100) an den fahrzeugseitigen Druckanschlägen (37), und in Zugrichtung spielfrei über die Endplatte (29) mit zugseitier Spielabffederung (38) und das Federübertragungssystem (60) an den fahrzeugseitigen Zuganschlägen (38) sowie bei horizontaler Querbelastung an den Zuganschlägen einerseits und/oder an Deckplatten (39) und Grundplatten (40) bei vertikaler Querbelastung abstützt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (30) aus Obergurt (25), Untergurt (26), linkem Seitensteg (27), rechtem Seitensteg (28) und Endplatte (29) mit lösbaren Verbindungen (31) besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (30) die Druckplatte (32), mit der Führungsstange (33) und den zugeordneten Gleitbuchsen (41) und (42), dem darauf geführten Federsystem (34) der Anschlagplatte (35) und zugseitigen Spielabfederung (36) trägt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Gehäuse (30) bildenden Teile Obergurt (25), Untergurt (26), linker Seitensteg (37), rechter Seitensteg (28) und Endplatte (29) fest miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (30) im Obergurt (25) und Untergurt (26) zur Lagerung des Gelenkbolzen (23) eine Bohrung mit der Durchmessergröße annähernd dem Durchmesser des Gelenkbolzens (23) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungstange (33) lösbar, vorzugsweise über die Halteplatte (43) und Schraubverbindung (44) mit der Druckplatte (32) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsstange (33) und die Druckplatte (32) einteilig ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zug- und Stoßvorrichtung ohne die Endplatte (29) und zugseitige Spielabfederung (36) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Anschlagplatte (35) mit dem Obergurt (25) und Untergurt (26) lösbar oder fest verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Obergurt (25) und Untergurt (26) hinter der Anschlagplatte (35) durch vertikale Distanzstücke (49) lösbar oder fest verbunden werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Führungsstange (32) ein Vorspannstift (47) im vormontierten Zustand der Zug- und Stoßvorrichtung eingesetzt ist, der beim ersten Druckhub herausfällt und die Zug- und Stoßvorrichtung im vorgespannten Zustand zwischen den Anschlägen (37) und (38) festhält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsstange (33) ein Innengewinde (48) aufweist zum Aufsetzen eines Demontagespanntopfes (50) mit Spannschraube (51) zum Demontieren der Zug- und Stoßvorrichtung aus dem Fahrzeugeinbauraum. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellelement (22) im Kupplungsarm (45) als Exzenter ausgebildet ist, das über einen standardisierten Innenmehrkant, insbesondere Innensechskant, aus der in Kupplungsarmlängsrichtung liegenden ungespannten Lage in die spielfreie gespannte Lage gedreht gegen die Gelenkspielabfederung (21) drückt und in der Lage durch die Sicherung (46) gehalten wird.
