Claims (6)
- Längenanpassbare Kuppelstange mit allseitig wirkenden Richtgelenken für Schienenfahrzeuge, bei der die Längenveränderung durch Umstecken an den vorhandenen Kuppelstangengelenkpunkten und den Aufnahmepunkten im Untergestell erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Durchbrüchen (19) einer Kuppelstange (3) um Kuppelstangengelenkpunkte (16) je ein zur Kuppelstange (3) bewegliches Richtgelenkstützlager (2) angeordnet ist, daß über Steckbolzenpaare (17) oder ein einzelner Steckschieber mit Vierkantquerschnitt starr, jedoch lösbar mit einem Untergestell (1) verbundber ist, und das Richtgelenkstützenlager (2) an seiner Druckaufnahmeseite eine Zentrieröffnung (10) besitzt, die einen an einer Richtgelenkplatte (4) angeordneten Zentrierstumpf (8) mit einem Einführkegel (9) aufnimmt, wobei die Richtgelenkplatte (4) eine kalottenartige Abrollkurve (5) des Richtgelenkes besitzt, und an der Zugaufnahmeseite des Richtgelenkstützlagers (2) in den Durchbrüchen eine Zugscheibe (6) vorhanden ist, die mit einem Kugelgelenkansatz (7) an dem Richtgelenkstützlager (2) korrespondiert und an der anderen Seite eine Feder (13) für Zugkräfte angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelstange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in die Zentrieröffnung (10) eingreifende Zentrierstumpf (8) in seiner Mantelkontur einem Kippradius (RA) um einen anfänglichen Kippunkt (M2) folgt, und die trichterförmige Zentrieröffnung (10) die gleiche, jedoch spielbehaftet räumliche Kontur besitzt, wobei in Betracht einer Schnittebene durch die Längsachse der Kuppelstange der anfängliche Kippunkt (M2) dem Kreuzpunkt zwischen Abrollkurve und dem Zentrierstumpfteil entspricht.
- Kuppelstange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß rechts- und linksseitig der Federn (13) für Zugkräfte Zugscheiben (6) vorhanden sind, die die Feder in Axialrichtung der Kuppelstange beschränken, wobei auf jeder Zugscheibe der Feder gegenüberliegend ein Kugelgelenkansatz (7) vorhanden ist, die jeweils in das Richtgelenkstützlager (2) bzw. in eine Endplatte (18) eingreift.
- Koppelstange nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtgelenkplatten (4) als lösbare Einsatzteile ausgeführt sind und einem jeweilig zutreffenden Richtgelenkradius (R - Ri) mit mindestens der Größe der halben Kuppelstangenlänge besitzen.
- Kuppelstange nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugscheiben (6) rechts und links von der Langsachse der Kuppelstange in einer horizontal Ebene von der Feder (13) mit querspielbegrenzenden Querführungsnocken (11) mit Querspiel (20) versehen sind.
- Längenanpaßbare Koppelstange mit allseitig wirkenden Richtgelenken für Schienenfahrzeuge, bei der die Längenveränderung durch Umstecken an den vorhandenen Kuppelstangengelenkpunkten und den Aufnahmepunkten im Untergestell erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Durchbrüchen (19) einer Kuppelstange (3) um Kuppelstangengelenkpunkte (16) je ein zur Kuppelstange (3) bewegliches Richtgelenkstützlager (2) angeordnet ist, daß über Steckbolzenpaare (17) oder ein einzelner Steckschieber mit Vierkantquerschnitt starr, jedoch lösbar mit einem Untergestell (1) verbunden ist, und das Richtgelenkstützenlager (2) an seiner Druckaufnahmeseite eine Zentrieröffnung (10) besitzt, die einen an einer Richtgelenkplatte (4) angeordneten Zentrierstumpf (8) mit einem Einführkegel (9) aufnimmt, wobei die Richtgelenkplatte (4) eine kalottenartige Abrollkurve (5) des Richtgelenkes besitzt, wobei das Richtgelenkstützlager (2) Zuganschlagearme (15) besitzt, und zwischen dem Richtgelenkstützlager (2) und den Zuganschlagarmen (15) die Richtgelenkplatte (4), die mit der Kuppelstange (3) axial - längsverschiebbar verbunden ist, eine Feder (14) für Zug- und Stoßkräfte sowie eine Druck-Zugscheibe (12) angeordnet sind.
