Claims (10)
- Schneidzahnanordnung für ein Erdbearbeitungsgerät mit einem Schneidzahn (10), welcher einen Zahnkopf (12) und einen Zahnschaft (14) aufweist, und einer Halterung (30) mit Einstecköffnung (32), in welche der Zahnschaft (14) in einer Einsteckrichtung einsteckbar ist, wobei in einer eingesteckten Position der Zahnschaft (14) in der Halterung (30) mittels einem quer zur Einsteckrichtung angeordneten Befestigungsstift (5) lösbar gehaltert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Halterung (30) gabelförmig mit zwei Haltearmen (34) ausgebildet ist,dass die Haltearme (34) jeweils eine Anlageseite (36) aufweisen, welche an Schmalseiten (16) des Zahnschaftes (14) anliegen,dass die Anlageseiten (36) und die Schmalseiten (16) zur Bildung eines Formschlusses quer zur Einsteckrichtung mit einem Profil versehen sind, unddass an der Anlageseite (36) zumindest eines Haltearmes (34) und an der zugehörenden Schmalseite (16) des Zahnschaftes (14) jeweils eine Ausnehmung (18, 38) vorgesehen ist, welche in der eingesteckten Position gemeinsam einen Durchgang (3) für den Befestigungsstift (5) bilden. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Anlageseiten (36) und an beiden Schmalseiten (16) jeweils eine Ausnehmung (38; 18) vorgesehen ist, und
dass der Zahnschaft (14) beidseitig mit zwei Befestigungsstiften (5) gehaltert ist. - Schneidzahnanordung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formschluss zwischen der Anlagenseite (36) und der Schmalseite (16) durch eine Hintergriffleiste gebildet ist. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Anlageseite (36) eine vorspringende Leiste (40) ausgebildet ist, welche in eine entsprechend ausgebildete Nut (20) an der Schmalseite (16) des Zahnschaftes (14) eingreift. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltearme (34) in ihrem von der Anstecköffnung (32) abgewandten Fußbereich über ein Querjoch (42) miteinander verbunden sind. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Querjoch (42) und die daran zur Anlage kommende Seitenfläche des Zahnschaftes (14) ebenfalls profiliert ausgebildet sind. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die profilierte Anlageseite (36) und die profilierte Schmalseite (16) eine Rechteckführung gebildet ist. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Breitseite (22) des Zahnschaftes (14), welche in der eingesteckten Position vom Erdbearbeitungsgerät abgewandt und dem Boden zugewandt ist, gegenüber der Halterung (30) vorsteht. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der dem Erdbohrgerät abgewandten Breitseite (22) des Schneidzahnes (10) eine Erhebung (24) aus verschleißmindernden Elementen (25) angeordnet ist. - Schneidzahnanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Einstecköffnung (32) die Haltearme (34) angefast und/oder in ihrem Abstand zu einander erweitert sind.
