Claims (26)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (1) für flexible elektrische Flachbandleiter (4) mit Leiterbahnen, wie z.B. Folienleiter, aufweisend zusammenpassend ein Kontaktelemente (5) lagerndes Steckergehäuse (2) und ein den Flachbandleiter (4) tragendes Gegensteckergehäuse (3), wobei beim Zusammenstecken der beiden Gehäuse (2, 3) die Kontaktierung der Kontaktelemente (5) mit den Leiterbahnen des Flachbandleiters (4) bewirkt wird und wobei Mittel zur orts- und auszugsfesten Fixierung des Flachbandleiters (4) im Gegenstekkergehäuse (3) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur orts- und auszugsfesten Fixierung des Flachbandleiters (4) eine Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) mit einer Vormontagestellung aufweisen, die ein unbehinderndes Einschieben des Flachbandleiters (4) in das Gehäuse (3) ermöglicht. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) im Zusammenwirken mit einem entsprechenden Mittel am Steckergehäuse (2) ein Zusammenstecken der Gehäuse (2, 3) behindert. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) Kodiermittel aufweist, die beim Betätigen der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) mit im Flachbandleiter (4) vorgesehenen, dessen flächenrichtige Lage bestimmenden Kodiermitteln (33) zusammenwirken. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kodiermittel der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Sperrklinken (25, 26) und die Kodiermittel des Flachbandleiters (4) dafür entsprechend unterschiedliche Aufnahmen (33) zum formschlüssigen Eingreifen aufweisen. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steckergehäuse (2) seitlich benachbart mehrere Kontaktelementkammern (6) aufweist, in denen die Kontaktelemente (5) ortsfest lagern, wobei die Kontaktelemente (5) eine Kontaktstelle (7) zur Kontaktierung einer Leiterbahn des Flachbandleiters (4) aufweisen und das Steckergehäuse (2) mit einer Stecköffnung (10) für das Gegensteckergehäuse (3) versehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flachbandleiter-Gegensteckergehäuse (3) eine Bodenwandung (18), eine Deckenwandung (19) und zwei Seitenwandungen (20) und vorderendig ein Steckgesicht (13) und anderendig eine Steckschlitzöffnung (14) für das Einschieben des Flachbandleiters (4) aufweist, wobei im Innenraum des Gegensteckergehäuses (3) sich von der Schlitzöffnung (14) bis zum Steckgesicht erstreckend ein Flachbandleitersteckschlitz (16) für die Aufnahme des Flachbandleiters (4) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß steckgesichtseitig ein Anschlagelement (17) vorgesehen ist, gegen das der vollständig eingeführte Flachbandleiter (4) geschoben wird. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagelement (17) sich in Richtung Bodenwandung (18) versetzt befindet und im Gehäuse Leitmittel eingeformt sind, die den Vorderkantenbereich (21) des Flachbandleiters (4) hinter das Anschlagelement (17) schräg ableiten. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7 und/oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Anschlagelement (17) in Höhe der Kontaktstellen (7) des Steckergehäuses (2) befindet. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich hinter dem Steckgesicht (13) ein sich in Richtung Schlitzöffnung (14) erstreckendes Widerlagerelement (22) für die Abstützung des Flachbandleiters (4) zur und während der Kontaktierung mit dem Kontaktelement (5) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) einteiliger Bestandteil eines Gehäuses (2, 3) ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) eine angebundene, sich in Richtung Steckgesicht erstreckende Sperrklinkenlasche (24) aufweist, in deren steckgesichtseitigem Endbereich in Richtung Gehäuseinnenraum vorspringende Sperrklinkenstege (25, 26) angeordnet sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkenstege (25, 26) sich in Längsrichtung erstrecken und seitlich auf Abstand nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 12 und/oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkenlasche (24) in einer Vormontagestellung nach außen stehend angeformt ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkenlasche (24) schräg nach außen abgewinkelt absteht und zum Gehäuse (2, 3) hin schwenkbar angeformt ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 14 und/oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stützmittel zur Gewährleistung der veränderbaren Vormontagestellung der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sollbruchsteg (27) zwischen dem Gehäuse (2, 3) und der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 16 und/oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sperrklinkensteg (25, 26) oder die Sperrklinkenlasche (24) über mindestens einen Sollbruchsteg (27) am Gehäuse (3) angebunden sind, der beim Einschwenken der Lasche (24) bricht. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rastmittel (29, 30) zwischen der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) und dem Gehäuse (2, 3) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Aufnahme der Sperrklinkenstege (25, 26) das Gehäuse (2, 3) durchdringende Schlitze (31, 32) eingeformt sind, deren Abmessungen den Abmessungen der Sperrklinkenstege (25, 26) entsprechen. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Flachbandleiter (4) neben den Leiterbahnen als Fixier- und Kodierelemente von Mitteln der Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) durchgreifbare Löcher (33) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löcher (33) von den Sperrklinkenstegen (25, 26) formschlüssig durchgriffen werden. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 21 und/oder 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löcher (33) mit den Gehäuseschlitzen (31, 32) fluchten. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) am den Flachbandleiter (4) tragenden Gegensteckergehäuse (3) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinkeneinrichtung (23) am die Kontaktelemente (5) lagernden Steckergehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Sperrklinkenlasche (24) als Teil einer Deckenwandung (34) sich in Richtung Stecköffnung (10) erstreckt, wobei in der Deckenwandung (19) des Gegensteckergehäuses (3) eine Querkante (19a) das Einschieben des Gehäuses (2) im Vormontagezustand behindert.
