Definitions
- the invention relates to a cooking appliance according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a cooking device is known with a closable by a door cooking chamber a cooking appliance muffle, in which cooking chamber an upper radiation window for a top heat radiation heater and a lower radiation window is arranged for a bottom heat radiator.
- an oven is known with a closable by a door cooking chamber of a baking oven muffle.
- a Oberhitzestrahlungscream endeavor with an upper radiation-permeable radiation window and a Unterhitzestrahlungswe endeavor with a lower radiation-permeable radiation window are provided.
- the radiation windows protect the radiant heaters from contamination.
- the lower radiation window can serve as a storage area for food containers or directly for food.
- the cooking chamber of the above-mentioned oven is thus heated by the radiation-permeable radiation window due to the heat radiation of the radiant heater, so that for example when the oven is cold, the desired operating temperature can be reached very quickly.
- the radiation windows are translucent or transparent and allow it to be grilled without a separate grill radiator to be arranged inside the oven muffle - ie with the same radiant heaters which are also provided for the normal heating of the oven.
- the radiation windows are formed by a plate made of glass ceramic or the like and are preferably fastened to flange profiles of the surrounding wall parts of the associated muffle wall.
- the object of the invention is to provide a cooking appliance, can be cooked in the food with simple means more effective and faster.
- the object of the invention is achieved by a cooking appliance according to the patent claim 1.
- a lower radiation window for example of glass ceramic and an upper radiation window is arranged in combination.
- the upper radiation window has a transmittance whose value is at least in one for cooking relevant wavelength range of the heat radiation of about 0 to 10 microns, in particular in a wavelength range of 0.5 to 5 microns, is substantially constant. This ensures that a constant, sufficiently large proportion of the heat rays, whose wavelengths are in the relevant wavelength range, is transmitted by the upper radiation window. This is particularly important because heat rays of specific wavelengths in the relevant wavelength range are almost completely retained by the glass ceramic material of the lower radiation window.
- these heat rays can enter the cooking chamber at least through the upper radiation window to a sufficiently large extent.
- the constant value of the transmittance of the upper radiation window is achieved by a lattice structure.
- the size of the transmittance depends in particular on the average mesh size of the lattice structure, ie with a larger mesh size, the value of the transmittance of the lattice structure increases.
- the lattice structure is preferably formed by a fabric made of ceramic fibers, which is strongly heated by the top heat radiation heater in the cooking mode. The excessive heating causes fat splashes or the like to be burnt on the fabric, thereby achieving a certain self-cleaning effect on the fabric.
- the mesh size of the fabric is chosen such that sets a desired value of the transmittance of the upper radiation window.
- the fabric of ceramic fibers may be covered with a grounded metal grid.
- the radiant heaters Bandbyleiter. These have in comparison to tubular heaters a low response time of about two to three seconds, so that the desired working temperature is reached extremely quickly in the oven.
- the radiant heaters may be formed by quartz radiant heaters. Quartz radiant heaters can be provided with a shield, with which the heat radiation is reflected away from the shield. This is particularly advantageous if a direction-independent heat radiation is to be avoided. Thus, since an efficient use of limited cooking space is possible, such Quartz radiators used in particular for more compact cooking appliances whose cooking space is low.
- the top and / or bottom heat radiation heater assembly are at least substantially identical in construction.
- the top heat radiator is arranged inside the cooking appliance muffle. This minimizes isolation problems in the area of the top wall of the cooking appliance muffle. On the other hand, eliminates the need to provide installation openings for inserting the radiator assembly of the top heat radiation heater in a muffle wall of the Garellamuffel.
- the lower radiation window and the lower heat radiating heater are arranged in a cooking space divider, which can be inserted into the cooking chamber for dividing the cooking chamber.
- a high proportion of radiation can be used for cooking in a cooking chamber area between the top heat of the cooking appliance and the cooking space divider in a short response time.
- the glass or glass ceramic cover plate of the cooking compartment divider is extremely easy to clean, provided that it is removed from the oven.
- the glass or glass ceramic cover plate of the cooking space divider according to the invention is exposed to much lower loads than, for example, a glass or glass ceramic cover plate for a hob. Therefore, the cover plate of the cooking chamber divider can be formed with a comparatively small material thickness. Due to the lower material thickness, the total weight of the cooking space divider is reduced, while at the same time the radiation permeability of the cover plate is increased. For example, for the glass or glass ceramic cover plate of the invention Garraumteilers sufficient material thickness of 3 mm, whereas the material thickness of a glass ceramic cover plate for a hob is about 4 mm.
- a cooking appliance of the first exemplary embodiment has a cooking appliance muffle 1 with a cooking chamber 3, which is closed by a double-glass door 5 at the front.
- an upper radiator assembly 7 is mounted on the top wall 2, which provides a top heat.
- the upper radiator assembly 7 has a trough-like radiator housing 9, in which a Insulator 11 is added.
- a Bandterrorism 8 bedded as Oberhitzestrahlungscreamoasa.
- the Bandterrorism 8 extends not only annular in the peripheral region of the upper radiator assembly 7, but as surface radiator over the entire surface of the upper radiator assembly 7.
- the peripheral edge of the trough-like radiator housing 9 framed an upper radiation window 13 of the upper radiator assembly 7, through which the Bandbyleiter 8 heat radiation in the Cooking chamber 3 radiates.
- the upper radiation window 13 is formed by a fabric 15 made of ceramic fibers. As a protective measure for a user, the fabric 15 is covered by a coarse-meshed grounded metal grid 17.
- a lower radiator assembly 19 is provided in a bottom opening 29 of the muffle bottom of the cooking appliance muffle 1, which provides a bottom heat.
- the lower heating element arrangement 19 has a radiator housing 23, an insulating body 25 accommodated therein and a band heating conductor 21 embedded in the insulating body 25. These components of the lower radiator assembly 19 are of identical design as the corresponding components of the upper radiator assembly. 7
- a lower radiation window 27 is formed by a glass ceramic plate 28.
- the glass-ceramic plate 28 of the lower heating element arrangement 19 is flush with the muffle bottom.
- the cooking chamber 3 facing side of the glass ceramic plate 28 serve as a storage area for a food container 31.
- Gargutieri be inserted into not shown insertion guides on side walls of the cooking appliance muffle.
- both the top heat and bottom heat radiant heaters 8 and 21 radiate heat radiation through the top and bottom radiation windows 13 and 28 into the cooking chamber 3.
- the transmittance of the top and bottom radiation windows 13 and 28 determines which portions of the heat radiation from the upper and lower radiation windows 13 and 28 are transmitted.
- a transmittance of the upper radiation window 13 having a constant value ⁇ 1 of, for example, 0.8 has been selected.
- This value of the transmittance is according to the invention substantially constant at least in a wavelength range of 0 to 10 microns. This ensures that a constant portion of the heat rays whose wavelengths are between about 0 and 10 microns, at least a portion of 80% from the upper radiation window 13 is transmitted.
- the value ⁇ 2 of the transmittance of the lower glass-ceramic radiation window 27 varies widely depending on the wavelength.
- the value ⁇ 2 of the transmittance of the lower radiation window 27 at a wavelength ⁇ of 2.9 ⁇ m is only about 0.05.
- heat rays having a wavelength ⁇ of 2.9 ⁇ m from the lower radiation window 27 are largely not transmitted.
- FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the cooking appliance according to the invention.
- the cooking appliance is mounted with its back in the manner of a hanging cabinet on a vertical kitchen wall 39.
- the cooking chamber 3 within the cooking appliance muffle 1 can be controlled via a front mounted in the cooking appliance viewing window 41.
- the cooking appliance muffle 1 has a bottom-side muffle opening 33 which is connected to the bottom side Door 5 is lockable.
- the bottom-side door 2 is shown lowered, being with its underside in contact with a worktop 37 of a kitchen device.
- the bottom-side door 5 is connected to lifting elements 35 of the cooking appliance.
- the lifting elements 35 can be adjusted by means of a dashed line in FIG. 2, indicated drive device 43 of the cooking appliance.
- the bottom-side door 5 is brought by means of the lifting elements 35 into abutment with a muffle frame 45 surrounding the cooking chamber opening 33.
- the bottom-side door 5 has a door frame 47 which is open on its side facing the cooking chamber 3. This open side is covered by a glass ceramic plate 28. Below the glass ceramic plate 28, the lower Schuanordung 19 is arranged. In this case, the peripheral edge of the trough-like radiator housing 23 of the lower Schuanordung 19 is connected to an underside of the glass ceramic plate 28.
- the lower radiator assembly 19 opposite is arranged on the top wall 2 of the cooking appliance muffle 1, an upper radiator assembly 7, whose components correspond to those of the first embodiment.
- the cooking chamber 3 of the cooking appliance muffle 1 is divided by a plate-like cooking space divider 30, which is mounted on guides, not shown, on the side walls of the cooking appliance muffle 1.
- the cooking space divider 30 has a trough-like housing 38 according to FIG.
- an insulating body 36 is accommodated, on which a Bandterrorism 34 is embedded.
- the Bandterrorism 34 not only extends annularly in the peripheral region of the cooking space divider 30, but extends as a surface heater over the entire surface of the cooking space divider 30th
- the peripheral edge of the trough-like housing 38 is connected to a glass or glass ceramic cover plate 32 of the cooking space divider 30 in combination.
- the glass or glass ceramic cover plate 32 serves as a storage area for a food container 31.
- an electrical plug contact 40 for the BandChleiter 34 of the cooking compartment divider 30 protrudes from an end face of the housing 38, an electrical plug contact 40 for the BandChleiter 34 of the cooking compartment divider 30.
- Cooking chamber divider 30 is the electrical plug-in contact 40 for power supply with a plug-in connection, not shown on a rear wall of the cooking appliance muffle in combination.
- the lower heating element arrangement 19 is deactivated by a control device, not shown, of the cooking appliance. Instead, the inserted cooking chamber divider 30 is supplied with electric current, so that the cooking chamber area between the top heat radiation heater assembly 7 and the cooking space divider 30 is heated. In this case, the value of the transmittance of the upper radiation window 13 and the glass ceramic cover plate 32 of the cooking space divider 30 determines which portions of the heat radiation are transmitted by the upper radiation window 13 or the glass ceramic cover plate 32 of the cooking space divider 28.
