Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, wobei das Transportband über die Breite mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gereinigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder des Transportbandes mit einer größeren Intensität gereinigt werden als der dazwischenliegende Transportbandbereich.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportband mit einem unter Druck stehenden, gasförmigen oder flüssigen Reinigungsmedium gereinigt wird und dass die Reinigungsintensität durch Einstellen des Drucks des Reinigungsmediums beeinflußt, vorzugsweise gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsintensität durch Steuerung der Zeitdauer beeinflußt wird, in der ein definierter Bereich des Transportbandes gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsintensität durch Einstellen des zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Reinigungsvorgängen liegenden Zeitintervalls beeinflußt wird, in dem ein und derselbe Bereich des Transportbandes gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit kürzer werdendem Zeitintervall die Reinigungsintensität erhöht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reinigungsbereich des Transportbandes mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt, und dass der Druck in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Reinigungsintensität eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den zu reinigenden Transportbandbereich aufgebrachte Menge des Reinigungsmediums eingestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer mindestens eine Düse umfassenden Düseneinrichtung, mittels derer das Tranportband (7) mit einem unter Druck stehenden Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die Düseneinrichtung (5) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Transportband (7) - über die Breite gesehen - mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gereinigt wird, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beeinflussung der Reinigungsintensität die Düseneinrichtung (5) mindestens zwei getrennt voneinander aktivierbare und deaktivierbare Düsen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer mindestens eine Düse umfassenden Düseneinrichtung, mittels derer das Tranportband (7) mit einem unter Druck stehenden Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die Düseneinrichtung (5) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Transportband (7) - über die Breite gesehen - mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gereinigt wird, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck des Reinigungsmediums in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Reinigungsintensität einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck des Reinigungsmediums mittels einer Steuerung und/oder Regelung einstellbar ist, die die Drehzahl einer der Versorgung der Düseneinrichtung (5) mit dem Reinigungsmedium dienenden Pumpe beeinflußt.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer mindestens eine Düse umfassenden Düseneinrichtung, mittels derer das Tranportband (7) mit einem unter Druck stehenden Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die Düseneinrichtung (5) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Transportband (7) - über die Breite gesehen - mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gereinigt wird, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düseneinrichtung (5) quer zur Laufrichtung des Transportbandes (7) verfahrbar gelagert und dass deren Traversiergeschwindigkeit zur Beeinflussung der Reinigungsintensität einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer mindestens eine Düse umfassenden Düseneinrichtung, mittels derer das Tranportband (7) mit einem unter Druck stehenden Reinigungsmedium beaufschlagbar ist, wobei die Düseneinrichtung (5) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Transportband (7) - über die Breite gesehen - mit unterschiedlicher Intensität gereinigt wird, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit der Düseneinrichtung (5) zusammenwirkender, über eine Absaugleitung (13) mit einer Absaugeinrichtung in Strömungsverbindung stehender Saugraum (15) vorgesehen ist und dass die Absaugleistung der Absaugeinrichtung in Abhängigkeit der gewünschten Reinigungsintensität einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugleistung mittels eines in der Absaugleitung (13) vorgesehenen Ventils vorzugsweise stufenlos einstellbar ist.
