Definitions
- the invention relates to a manhole or road drain a substructure and a manhole cover, which one Has a support frame and a cover that can be placed on the frame, the supporting frame being arranged above the substructure is according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the shaft is generally circular or rectangular Opening in the bottom denotes the connection to Lines, e.g. of an urban drainage network with the Road surface.
- Shafts can be bricked or be concreted or consist of prefabricated manholes.
- Manhole covers There are high safety requirements for such manhole covers to be able to place as the manhole cover must take high loads when driving over.
- Manhole covers can be both round as well as rectangular.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to further develop the shaft or road gully in such a way that on the one hand, the damage described at the beginning no longer occurs and on the other hand the stress on the underlying Shaft is reduced.
- a basic idea of the invention is by means of a support element, which between the substructure of the Shaft and the support frame is arranged, on the one hand Enlargement of the support frame support and thus a reduction to achieve the contact pressure and on the other hand a To ensure connection of the support frame to the substructure.
- the support element transfers the to the manhole cover external loads, dampened on the manhole base. The stresses of any existing ones This creates mortar joints between the components of the shaft reduced.
- the support element a screwless connection between the manhole base and achieved the support frame and a positive twisting and Securing of the support frame against the substructure.
- the support frame preferably has a lower support frame area with which the support element is connected stands, both elements preferably being of the same width are and thus the contact area is as large as possible. The external loads are therefore evenly on the support element distributed and shocks are dampened.
- the support element can be formed in one piece, which Execution preferred with the conventional structure of a Shaft with compensation rings and mortar joints can be used can.
- the support element can also be designed like a segment become.
- the support element preferably has an essentially flat top, which with the bottom of the support frame is engaged. On the top of the support element at least one projection is provided for this purpose, which in a on the corresponding lower surface of the Carrying frame provided recess engages such clamping that the lower surface of the support frame over the entire surface Top of the support element lies.
- each segment has at least one protrusion which is on a arranged essentially flat top of the support element is.
- the projection preferably engages in a clamping manner a recess, which on a corresponding lower surface of the support frame is provided.
- the recesses in the support frame are preferably such determines that they are each below the locking elements, which on the upper support frame area for locking of the lid are provided.
- the support frame can be opened the support element can be placed, the projections the support element directly into the recesses on the Engage the lower surface of the support frame. This happens without a twisting of the support frame because of the position of the recesses the position of the locking elements visible from above equivalent. But it is also possible to first the support element to put on the support frame (this is done by a clamping engagement between the projection and the recess relieved) and then the entire arrangement on the support surface of the substructure.
- the support element can correspond to the shape of the support frame either rectangular or circular be, the individual segments in a circular Execution are merged in such a way that they form a full circle define.
- its inside diameter corresponds to the clear width and the outer diameter the outer diameter of the support frame.
- the support element essentially has one flat underside, which on a support surface of the substructure is attachable.
- the support element on its underside at least one recess which is preferably trough-shaped is.
- the wells are preferably on at regular intervals the underside of the support element distributed such that the Projections on the top of the support element between each two wells are arranged.
- the projections and / or recesses are preferably in equidistant from each other.
- the projections and the recesses preferably symmetrical to the middle Diameter of the support element arranged.
- the tabs and / or the recesses preferably have a smaller one Width than the width of the support element.
- the support element is preferably made of cast iron, in particular made of gray cast iron or GGG (cast iron with globular graphite) manufactured because a manhole cover is generally substantial Must be able to absorb forces, the manhole cover itself also has a considerable weight, since it mostly consists of Reinforced concrete is made.
- GGG gray cast iron or GGG (cast iron with globular graphite) manufactured because a manhole cover is generally substantial Must be able to absorb forces, the manhole cover itself also has a considerable weight, since it mostly consists of Reinforced concrete is made.
- the support element can also be used as a "series" with different Heights. Then can on separate Support rings or similar height adjustment systems are dispensed with and the manhole cover to the level of the road be adjusted.
- Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a manhole drain a bottom 10 to be installed in the floor, one on one Support surface 11 attachable support element 50 and one Manhole cover.
- the Manhole cover consists of a support frame 30 and a Cover 20, which can be placed in an upper support frame area 31 is. There are frankings on the upper support frame area 31 36 for locking the cover 20 by means of locking elements 35 provided.
- Fig. 1a shows an enlarged Partial section the locking of the lid 20 with the support frame 30th
- the support frame 30 has a substantially flat lower surface 33, which is located in a lower support frame area 32 is located and in which recesses 34 are formed. In these recesses 34 engage the support element 50 by means of projections 54 a.
- the support element 50 thus becomes form-fitting connected to the support frame 30 so that a twist or a displacement of the support frame 30 relative to the support element 50 is not possible.
- the support element has an underside 53, which is placed on the support surface 11 wells 55 (see FIG. 3). When putting on the Support element 50 or the whole arrangement - supporting frame, Support element - on the base 10, the wells 55 filled up with mortar. Thus, the support element 50 firmly connected to the substructure 10 and an anti-rotation and displacement protection the support element opposite the substructure guaranteed.
- the support element 50 has an inner diameter on which with the inner diameter of the support frame matches, so that the shaft cross section remains free, without dirt being able to deposit.
- the outside diameter the support element 50 is equal to the outer diameter of the lower support frame area 32. This version of the support element 50 leads to a uniform Load transfer to the support element 50.
- Fig. 2 shows a plan view of a support element 50, which is annular.
- This ring-shaped version can be better combined with the conventional structure a shaft over compensating rings and mortar joints.
- the protrusions 54 are symmetrical an average diameter D of the support element.
- the protrusions 54 are substantially in the form of a rectangular prism. But you can also do it otherwise be trained.
- the protrusions 54 have a height h on, which is significantly lower than the height H of the support element 50.
- the desired anchoring of the support element 50 achieved with the support frame without the corresponding Recesses in the support frame the properties affect the frame support as a means of load transfer.
- FIG. 3 shows a top view of the underside 53 of the support element 50 according to the first embodiment and FIG. 3a a perspective view.
- the bottom 53 is in essentially flat and has depressions 55, which are evenly spaced from each other and are trough-shaped. In this example they are trough-shaped depressions 55 arranged such that between in each case two depressions 55 on the underside 53 of the Support element 50 each have a projection on the top is trained.
- the depressions 55 serve for connection of the support element 50 with the substructure, for example by Mortar. As a result, the support element 50 and the support frame against the shaft substructure against shifting and / or Twist secured.
- Fig. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV through the Support element 50, according to FIG. 3.
- the section line in FIG. 3 runs through one of the projections and one of the depressions 55. Because the manhole covers can withstand high loads , it is advantageous to the projections 54 and the depressions 55 in a pressing process to form a stable To achieve construction.
- the recesses 55 trough-shaped and not designed as through openings.
- FIGS 5 and 5a show a top view of the top 52 of the support element 50 and a perspective view, according to a second embodiment.
- the support element 50 consists of three individual segments 51, which at Installation are merged into a full circle.
- each segment 51 is each with a protrusion 54 provided which is centered and essentially symmetrical the average diameter D of the support element 50 and when installed in the support frame in the corresponding Recesses engages recesses on the underside of the support frame.
- FIG. 7 A section along the line VII-VII is shown in Fig. 7, from which it can also be seen that the individual segments 51 are folded together at a distance. So that can segment-like support element 50 preferably with the conventional Height adjustment systems are used. This embodiment is easier to use on sloping surfaces, the individual segments 51 better adapt to the level differences can adjust.
- the protrusions 54 are here also in one piece as in the first embodiment the individual segments 51 are formed.
- the support element rectangular, the support element not only in one piece, but also as a single piece Parts can be made that are collapsed into one assembly can be.
