Abstract
Access shaft has levelling and cone rings engaging via mating tongues and grooves to prevent relative movement
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a shaft arrangement consisting of a cover support ring, at least one compensation ring underneath and a conical ring lying under the compensation ring.
Through the literature reference precast reinforced concrete in foundation engineering and hydraulic engineering, Prof. Dr. Ing. W. Wölfl, volume II, publishing company R Müller, Cologne-Braunsfeld, 1966, pages 364 to 368, pages 350 to 351, pages 307 to 308, are blocks for quay walls and jetties, concrete segment stones for containers and cell frames for bracing walls known, toothings, grooves, recesses or the like are provided on the contact surfaces in order to improve the interaction of these components.
In the case of shaft arrangements of the type mentioned at the outset, there is always the problem that the rings lying one above the other move and / or twist one another.
The object of the invention is to provide a shaft arrangement in which this problem is eliminated
This is achieved according to the invention in that the compensating ring alternates on the upper and lower edge sides
Has tongues and grooves and the cone ring on its upper
The edge side also alternately has tongues and grooves, the interlocking tongues and grooves forming a twist-proof toothing.
Further features and details of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing.
Show it
FIG. 1 shows the basic structure of the shaft arrangement according to the invention,
Figure 2 is an enlarged detail view of a compensation ring according to Figure 1 and
3 shows a section along the lines III-III in Figure 2.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a cover support ring, 2 a plurality of compensating rings, 3 a conical ring and 4 a shaft ring.
The rings 2 have, on their upper and lower edge sides, alternately springs 5 and grooves 6, which form a toothing that is secure against rotation and displacement when stacked on top of one another, by engaging with one another. The cone ring 3 has on its upper edge also springs 5 'and grooves 6' which engage in the grooves 6 and the springs 5 of the overlying ring 2.
In order to facilitate the interlocking of the springs 5 and grooves 6 when assembling the shaft system, they are chamfered in two ways. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the springs 5 or the grooves 6 are chamfered once on the flanks by an angle a and once on the inside in the radial direction by the angle p. The angles a and p are 110 to 1300, preferably 1200. The openings of the grooves 6 which arise between the cover ring 1 and the uppermost compensating ring 2 are filled with mortar. The number of springs 5 and grooves 6 on each side of a ring is preferably five.
The height of the springs 5 or the run of the grooves 6 is preferably 2 cm.
It goes without saying that the upper and lower edge sides of the manhole rings 4 and the lower edge side of the cone ring 3 can also be provided with the toothing described above.
Of course, without changing the scope of the invention, various changes can take place compared to the representation. Thus, the diameter of the cover support ring 1 can be smaller than shown, so that it rests within the uppermost compensating ring and within the teeth 5.
