- Die Sicherungsmittel können alternativ ein am Spannring ausgebildetes Loch und ein an der Ventilkappe montiertes, um diese drehbares Halteelement mit einem daran angebrachten, parallel zur Richtung der axialen Relativbewegung der Ventilkappe zum Ventilgehäuse ausgerichteten Sicherungsbolzen, der bei sich in der Spannstellung befindlichem Spannring und geschlossenem Sicherheitsventil in das Loch ragt, umfassen.

Claims (10)
- Container, umfassend einen Behälter (1) mit einer von einem Flansch (11) umgebenen Behälteröffnung, einen Behälterdeckel (2) zum Verschliessen der Behälteröffnung, eine am Behälterdeckel (2) angebrachte Drückentlastungsvorrichtung (5), die in geschlossenem Zustand kein Gas durchlässt, und einen den Flansch (11) umgebenden und relativ zu diesem zwischen einer Spannstellung, in dem er den Behälterdeckel (2) gegen den Behälter (1) spannt, und einer losen Stellung verdrehbaren Spannring (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container Sicherungsmittel (6, 61, 42) umfasst, die sicherstellen, dass bei sich in der Spannstellung befindlichem Spannring (4) und geschlossener Druckentlastungsvorrichtung (5) ein Lösen des Spannrings (4) erst möglich ist, nachdem die Druckentlastungsvorrichtung (5) so geöffnet worden ist, dass Gas aus dem Behälter (1) entweichen kann.
- Container nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckentlastungsvorrichtung ein Sicherheitsventil (5) ist, das vorzugsweise eine auf ein Ventilgehäuse (52) drehbare Ventilkappe (51) umfasst und bei vollständig auf das Ventilgehäuse (52) gedrehter Ventilkappe (51) gasdicht geschlossen ist.
- Container nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilkappe (51) so weit vom Ventilgehäuse (52) wegdrehbar ist, dass Gas aus dem Behälter (1) entweichen kann, die Ventilkappe (51) aber noch auf dem Ventilgehäuse (52) gehalten ist.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (11) mindestens einen nach aussen abstehenden Spannbolzen (12) aufweist und der Spannring (4) mit mindestens einer bajonettverschlussartigen Aussparung (41) zur Aufnahme des Spannbolzens bzw. eines der Spannbolzen (12) versehen ist, wobei der Spannbolzen (12) den Spannring (4) in der Spannstellung gegen den Behälter (1) spannt.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel einen am Spannring (4) angebrachten, parallel zur Richtung der axialen Relativbewegung der Ventilkappe (51) zum Ventilgehäuse (52) ausgerichteten Sicherungsbolzen (42) und eine an der Ventilkappe (51) montierte, um diese drehbare Scheibe (6) mit einem Loch (61) zur Aufnahme des Sicherungsbolzens (42) bei sich in der Spannstellung befindlichem Spannring (4) und geschlossenem Sicherheitsventil (5) umfassen.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel ein am Spannring ausgebildetes Loch und ein an der Ventilkappe montiertes, um diese drehbares Halteelement mit einem daran angebrachten, parallel zur Richtung der axialen Relativbewegung der Ventilkappe zum Ventilgehäuse ausgerichteten Sicherungsbolzen, der bei sich in der Spannstellung befindlichem Spannring und geschlossenem Sicherheitsventil in das Loch ragt, umfassen.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Behälterdeckel-Positioniermittel (13, 23) umfasst, die sicherstellen, dass der Behälterdeckel (2) nur in einer Stellung genau auf den Behälter (1) passt.
- Container nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälterdeckel-Positioniermittel einen Nocken (23) und eine komplementäre Aussparung (13) umfassen.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Spannring-Positioniermittel (21, 43) umfasst, die sicherstellen, dass der Spannring (4) nur in einer Stellung den Behälterdeckel (2) gegen den Behälter (1) spannen kann, wobei die Spannring-Positioniermittel vorzugsweise einen auf dem Behälterdeckel (2) schräg angebrachten Handgriff (21) und eine Aussparung (43) im Spannring (4) umfassen.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Behälterdeckel (2) und Flansch (11) ein Dichtring (3) angeordnet ist.
