Claims (13)
- Modulträger für diverse Wärmeübertrager eines Kraftfahrzeugmotors mit einem für den Einbau in einem Fahrzeugbereich geeigneten Tragrahmen, der ein Unterteil (1) und zwei senkrecht davon abstehende Seitenteile (3, 4) aufweist, in denen nach einer Seite offene Fächer (6, 7; 6', 7') zum Einschieben zumindest des Kühlmittel/Luftkühlers (8) und des Klima-Kondensators (9) ausgebildet sind, wobei ein Abschlussteil (5) vorgesehen ist, das die eingeschobenen Wärmeübertrager (8, 9) in ihrer Lage sichert
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Abschlussteil als ein stabiler Träger (5) ausgebildet ist, der die Seitenteile zum Tragrahmen verbindet und mit Aufnahmeeinrichtungen für einen Ölkühler (20) versehen ist. - Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (5) auf der den Fächern (6, 7) zugewandten Seite mit einseitig abragenden Ansätzen (21, 22) und mit elastischen Ausgleichselementen (30) zur Anlage an den in die Fächer eingeschobenen Wärmeübertragern (8, 9) versehen ist.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (5) und die Seitenteile (3, 4) mit Befestigungselementen (26, 27) zur Anordnung im Fahrzeug versehen sind.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente am Träger (5) als etwa lotrecht auf den Träger (5) einwirkende Befestigungsschrauben (27) mit einem Anlageende ausgebildet sind, das Gewindegänge aus einem Elastomer aufweist.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente an den Seitenteilen (3, 4) aus seitlich abstehenden Lagerböcken (29) mit gummielastischen Blöcken (26) bestehen.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in entsprechende seitliche Schlitze (10, 11) in den Seitenteilen (3, 4) eine Gebläsezarge (12) für einen von einem Elektromotor getriebenen Lüfter einschiebbar ist.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ansetzlaschen (16) für eine Lüfterzarge (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansetzlaschen (16) an der als Boden dienenden Quertraverse (2) vorgesehen sind und dass an den Seitenteilen (3, 4) Rastbefestigungshaken zum Halten seitlicher Laschen (18) der Zarge (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Bodenquertraverse (2) ein Lenkhilfekühler (21) ansetzbar ist.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein angespritztes Fach im unteren Bereich zur Aufnahme eines Ladeluft/Luftkühlers vorgesehen ist.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gestaltung im vorderen Bereich die Verwendung eines zum Fahrzeug-Frontgitter verlaufenden Kanals ermöglicht, der das komplette Modul gegen luftseitige Umströmung abdichtet.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgestaltung der senkrecht abstehenden Seitenteile im Bereich des Kühlmittel/Luftkühlers und des Klimakondensators ein Labyrinthsystem bildet, das eine luftseitige Umströmung der beiden Wärmetauscher sowohl in, als auch entgegen der Fahrtrichtung verhindert.
- Modulträger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgestaltung des Faches eine luftseitige Umströmung des Ladeluft/Luftkühlers sowohl in, als auch entgegen der Fahrtrichtung verhindert.
