Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour connecter un volet roulant à un arbre d'enroulement (3) conformé en arbre creux afin d'enrouler le volet roulant, avec un élément ressort (4) en forme de bande, fabriqué en matériau pour ressort à lame et devant être relié à une extrémité au volet roulant et à l'autre extrémité à l'arbre d'enroulement (3), élément à l'extrémité côté arbre duquel est associée une partie de maintien (8) établissant la liaison avec l'arbre d'enroulement (3), laquelle présente une plaque de maintien associée à la face supérieure de l'élément ressort (4) et un système de crochets (9) sur le dessus, le système de crochets (9) passant, dans une position de basculement de montage, à travers un passage (10) dans la paroi de l'arbre d'enroulement (3) et saisit par l'arrière la paroi de l'arbre dans sa position d'usage atteinte par basculement depuis la position de montage, caractérisé en ce que le système de crochets (9) dépasse de la plaque de maintien (13) et l'élément ressort (4) présente un système d'ouvertures (14) pour le passage du système de crochets (9), le système de crochets (9) étant, en termes de surface, plus petit que la plaque de maintien (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de maintien (8) est une partie en tôle métallique avec le système de crochets (9) formé d'un seul tenant sur la plaque de maintien (13) par estampage et pliage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de maintien (13) présente une forme plane et s'appuie à plat sur la face supérieure (12) de l'élément ressort (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de crochets (9) présente deux crochets individuels (15, 16) orientés dans deux directions opposées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les crochets individuels (15, 16) dépassent de la plaque de maintien (13) à distance l'un de l'autre et le système d'ouvertures (14) présente des ouvertures individuelles (23, 24) associées chacune à un crochet individuel.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de maintien (8) et l'élément ressort (4) sont reliés entre eux d'une manière essentiellement fixe en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de crochets (9) et le système d'ouvertures (14) sont conformés et disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière qu'on obtient un maintien fixe en rotation de la partie de maintien (8) sur l'élément ressort (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie de maintien (8) est une partie séparée de l'élément ressort (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie de maintien (8) est connectée fixement à l'élément ressort (4) par exemple au moyen d'un clip, d'une soudure ou d'un collage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de basculement entre la position de basculement de montage et la position d'usage de la partie de maintien (8), donc de l'élément ressort (4), dans laquelle l'élément ressort dépasse de l'arbre d'enroulement (3) dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci, est inférieur à 90°, et est compris de manière avantageuse dans une plage d'environ 40° à 50°.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de passage (10) de l'arbre d'enroulement (3) présente une forme rectangulaire avec une extension plus grande dans la direction circonférentielle que dans la direction longitudinale de l'arbre d'enroulement (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de basculement de montage, le système de crochets (9) passe dans la direction diagonale à travers l'ouverture de passage (10) rectangulaire ou carrée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les deux crochets individuels (15, 16) formant le système de crochets (9) sont effilés d'une manière correspondant aux coins de l'ouverture de passage (10).
