Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de sertissage pour le sertissage préalable et le sertissage final d'éléments (5,6), en particulier de tôles de carrosserie, comprenant

    le dispositif de sertissage étant constitué

    b) d'au moins un mors de pliage préalable (9,21) déplaçable dans une position de sertissage préalable avec une surface d'attaque (14) disposée obliquement pour le collet (7),
    c) au moins un mors de pliage final (10) déplaçable de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans la position de sertissage final à l'aide d'une coulisse (2) avec des surfaces d'attaques (15) pour le collet (7) disposées parallèlement à la zone de bords (8),
    caractérisé en ce que le mors de pliage préalable (9) est également déplaçable de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans la position de sertissage préalable à l'aide d'une coulisse (3) et relativement à la coulisse (2) du mors de pliage final (10).
  2. Dispositif de sertissage pour le sertissage préalable et le sertissage final d'éléments (5,6), en particulier de tôles de carrosserie, comprenant
    un premier élément (5) avec un collet (7) surélevé avant le sertissage et
    un deuxième élément (6) avec une zone de bords (8) plane,
    le dispositif de sertissage étant constitué
    a) d'un lit de pliage (4) exécutant la course de sertissage avec des surfaces d'appui pour les éléments (5,6) au moyen approchés dans la zone de bords (8),
    b) d'au moins un mors de pliage préalable (9,21) déplaçable dans une position de sertissage préalable avec une surface d'attaque (14) disposée obliquement pour le collet (7),
    c) au moins un mors de pliage final (10) déplaçable de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans la position de sertissage final à l'aide d'une coulisse (2) avec des surfaces d'attaques (15) pour le collet (7) disposées parallèlement à la zone de bords (8),
    caractérisé en ce que le mors de pliage préalable (21) est fixé à un clapet pivotable (24), qu'il est pivotable de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans la position de sertissage préalable et verrouillable dans la position de verrouillage préalable.
  3. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les coulisses (2,3) sont déplaçables sur des glissières de guidage (19,20) se rapprochant l'une de l'autre en formant un angle aigu.
  4. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'attaque (14,15) des mors de pliage préalable et de pliage final (9,10,21) sont déplaçables l'un après l'autre dans les positions de sertissage à l'aide de la coulisse (2) et du clapet pivotable (24) et que le lit de pliage (4) pour le sertissage préalable et le sertissage final exécute la même ou essentiellement la même course de sertissage.
  5. Dispositif de sertissage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la coulisse (3) pour le pliage préalable ou le clapet pivotable (24) sont ordonnés sur la coulisse (2) pour le pliage final ou inversement.
  6. Dispositif de sertissage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif presse-tôle à ressorts (17) est disposé sur la coulisse supérieure (3) ou sur le clapet rabattable (24).
  7. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moteurs (12,22) pour la coulisse (2) et le clapet pivotable (24) sont articulés à une console (23).
  8. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le clapet pivotable (24) peut pivoter via une articulation (26) autour d'une console (28) solidaire du bâti de base (1) ou de la coulisse (2).
  9. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le clapet pivotable (24) et la coulisse (2) sont accouplés l'un à l'autre de manière telle que les mors de pliage préalable et de pliage final (10,21) sont déplaçables dans la position de sertissage préalable et dans la position de sertissage final à l'aide d'une unité d'entraînement commune (30).
  10. Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (33) sur le clapet pivotable (24) et une butée (32) sur la coulisse (2) touchent l'une à l'autre pour le verrouillage des mors de pliage (21) et que suite au déplacement de la coulisse (2) en position de pliage final, le clapet pivotable (24) avec le mors de pliage préalable fixé à ce dernier est pivoté vers le haut autour de l'articulation (26) via un dispositif de guidage à coulisse (31) monté sur la coulisse (2).
