Abstract

Un procédé de cintrage opposé d'une tôle comprend les opérations suivantes: on applique la joue de pliage d'une machine à cintrer oscillante sur une première face d'un tronçon de tôle et l'on plie celui-ci, selon un angle prédéterminé, dans un premier sens de rotation; on retire ensuite du tronçon de tôle replié, la joue de pliage dans un premier sens de déplacement, perpendiculairement à son axe de pivotement et l'on continue de l'incliner, dans le premier sens de rotation, jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit tournée vers la deuxième face de la tôle opposée à la première face; on déplace la joue de pliage dans un deuxième sens de déplacement perpendiculaire au premier; on applique la joue de pliage, après déplacement correspondant de la tôle repliée entre la joue inférieure et la joue supérieure de la machine à cintrer, sur la deuxième face de la tôle et l'on plie celle-ci selon un angle prédéterminé, par pivotement de la joue de pliage dans un deuxième sens de rotation opposé au premier. Dans la machine à cintrer pour la mise en ÷uvre de ce procédé, la joue de pliage est montée de manière à pouvoir exécuter deux mouvements perpendiculaires entre eux dans les premier et deuxième sens de déplacement.

Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour plier une tôle (4) dans deux sens opposés, au moyen d'une machine à plier à mouvement de pivotement, dans lequel la tôle (4) est pincée entre un serre-flan inférieur (1) et un serre-flan supérieur (2), et la partie (5) de la tôle qui dépasse au-delà de ces serre-flans est rabattue d'un angle de pivotement prédéterminé, à l'aide d'une lame de pliage (3) qui attaque cette partie (5) de la tôle, et qu'on peut faire pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (S), procédé dans lequel, dans une première phase, on applique la lame de pliage (3), par une surface de pliage prévue sur elle, contre une première face de la partie dépassante (5) de la tôle, et on rabat cette partie de la tôle d'un angle prédéterminé par pivotement de la lame de pliage (3) dans un premier sens de rotation (B), après quoi, dans une deuxième phase, on applique la lame de pliage (3) contre une deuxième face, opposée à la première, de la partie (5) de la tôle qui a été avancée de façon voulue entre le serre-flan inférieur (1) et le serre-flan supérieur (2), et on fait pivoter la lame de pliage (3) dans un sens de rotation opposé au premier sens, et dans lequel, entre la première phase et la deuxième phase, on rétracte la lame de pliage (3) de la partie (5) de la tôle qui a été pliée, dans une direction de déplacement perpendiculaire à son axe de pivotement (S),
    caractérisé par les autres phases suivantes :
    a) après son retrait par rapport à la partie (5) de la tôle qui a été pliée, on continue à faire pivoter la lame de pliage (3) dans le premier sens de rotation jusqu'à ce qu'après un pivotement de 180° au total, elle présente la même surface de pliage qui a déjà été utilisée dans la première phase vers la deuxième face de la tôle (4), qui est à l'opposé de la première face de la tôle (figures 3 et 4);
    b) on déplace maintenant la lame de pliage (3) dans une deuxième direction de déplacement (E) orientée sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan qui contient la première direction de déplacement (C) et l'axe de pivotement (S), de telle sorte que, par déplacement dans la première direction de déplacement (figure 5), la lame de pliage (3) peut être appliquée contre la deuxième face de la tôle (4) par sa même surface de pliage précitée ;
    c) enfin, après une translation appropriée de la tôle pliée (5) (figure 6) entre le serre-flan inférieur (1) et le serre-flan supérieur (2), on applique la lame de pliage (3), de nouveau par la même surface de pliage précitée, contre la deuxième face de la partie dépassante (5) de la tôle, par un déplacement (C1) effectué dans la première direction de déplacement, et on rabat cette partie, d'un angle prédéterminé, par pivotement de la lame de pliage (3) dans le deuxième sens de rotation (F) qui est opposé au premier sens de rotation (figures 7 et 8).
  2. Machine à plier à mouvement de pivotement, comprenant un bâti, un serre-flan inférieur (1), un serre-flan supérieur (2) et une lame de pliage (3), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à chacune des faces d'extrémité de la lame de pliage (3), est prévu un premier bras oscillant (14) qui peut pivoter autour de l'axe de pivotement (S) de la lame de pliage (3), en ce qu'un deuxième bras oscillant (16) est articulé sur le premier bras oscillant (14), et en ce que, sur le deuxième bras oscillant (16), est prévu un guide (18) qui permet un déplacement sensiblement rectiligne de la lame de pliage (3), orienté perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement (S), et qui, de son côté, s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction du mouvement du deuxième bras oscillant (16).
