dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzapparat (22) eine einer ersten Längsfalzeinrichtung des Falzapparates nachgeordnete erste Querschneideinrichtung (308) zum Erzeugen von ersten Signaturen sowie eine einer zweiten Längsfalzeinrichtung des Falzapparates nachgeordnete zweite Querschneideinrichtung (308) zum Erzeugen von zweiten Signaturen umfasst und dass eine der ersten und der zweiten Querschneideeinrichtung nachgeordnete Fördereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, welche die ersten und zweiten Signaturen sammelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Längsfalzeinrichtung jeweils einen Falztrichter (302) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Längsfalzeinrichtung jeweils einen Pflugfalzer (302) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehendes Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Querschneideinrichtung jeweils zwei rotierende Messerzylinder mit jeweiligen zueinander versetzten Perforiermessern aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung als Sattelfördereinrichtung (28) oder als Taschenfördereinrichtung (400) ausgebildet ist. - Druckanordnung,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Druckmaschine (14) zum Drucken von Rolle zu Rolle, ein Rollenlager (250) für die bedruckten Rollen und eine Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen von Druckprodukten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, welche bedruckte Rollen aus dem Rollenlager (250) verarbeitet. - Druckanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmaschine und der Falzapparat räumlich voneinander getrennt, insbesondere in verschiedenen Gebäuden aufgestellt sind. - Druckanordnung nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Transporteinrichtung, insbesondere ein Transportwagen, welche die bedruckten Rollen von dem Rollenlager zur Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen von Druckprodukten transportiert. - Druckanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
mindestens einen Längsschneider (216, 217) zum Trennen der von der Druckmaschine bedruckten Materialbahn (16) in eine Vielzahl von Strängen (212), welche zu den jeweiligen Rollen (18) aufgewickelt werden. - Druckanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
mindestens einen Prozessor, welcher die Druckmaschine (14), das Rollenlager (250) und die Vorrichtung zum Zusammentragen von Druckprodukten gemeinsam steuert. - Verfahren zum Zusammentragen von Druckprodukten, mit den Verfahrensschritten Aufnehmen einer jeweiligen Rolle einer bedruckten und aufgewickelten Materialbahn auf einer jeweiligen Abrollstation;
Abwickeln der Materialbahn mittels der jeweiligen Abrollstation;
Zusammenführen der von den Abrollstationen (21) abgewickelten Materialbahnen; und
Längsfalzen der abgewickelten und zusammengeführten Materialbahnen;
gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte:Querschneiden von ersten zusammengeführten und längsgefalzten Materialbahnen zum Erzeugen von ersten Signaturen;Querschneiden von zweiten zusammengeführten und längsgefalzten Materialbahnen zum Erzeugen von zweiten Signaturen; undSammeln der ersten und zweiten Signaturen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
gekennzeichnet durch
Längsschneiden der bedruckten Materialbahnen in eine Vielzahl von Strängen (212), welche zu den jeweiligen Rollen (18) aufgewickelt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12,
gekennzeichnet durch
Zwischenlagern der bedruckten und aufgewickelten Rollen (18) und Transportieren der zwischengelagerten Rollen zu der jeweiligen Abrollstation. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
Kennzeichnen der bedruckten und aufgewickelten Rollen zum Sortieren der Rollen.
