Claims (23)
- Tiefziehverfahren, bei dem ein Ziehteil (128) in einem Tiefziehwerkzeug (100') zwischen einem ersten Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (122) und einem zweiten Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124) angeordnet und durch Relativbewegung der Tiefziehwerkzeugteile zueinander umgeformt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem begrenzten Druckabschnitt (148) eines der Tiefziehwerkzeugteile (122) selektiv ein während des Ziehvorgangs zeitlich veränderlicher Druck erzeugt wird, welcher einen an dem Druckabschnitt anliegenden Abschnitt des Ziehteils (128) gegen das jeweils andere Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124) preßt.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) mittels eines Druckfluids hydraulisch oder pneumatisch erzeugt wird.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) gemäß einem vorgegebenen zeitlichen Druckverlauf gesteuert und/oder geregelt wird.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckabschnitt (148) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Ziehrichtung (112), längs welcher die Tiefziehwerkzeugteile (122, 124) relativ zueinander bewegt werden, ausgerichtet ist.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ziehteil (128) eine Zarge (146) aufweist und daß ausschließlich die Zarge während des Ziehvorgangs mit dem zeitlich veränderlichen Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) beaufschlagt wird.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckabschnitt (148) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zeitlich veränderliche Druck mittels einer Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (134) erzeugt wird, die eine Kammer (140) zur Aufnahme eines unter Druck stehenden Druckfluids und eine elastisch verformbare Kammerwand (142) zur Übertragung des Drucks von dem Druckfluid auf das Ziehteil (128) umfaßt.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (140) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (140) teilweise durch die elastisch verformbare Kammerwand (142) und teilweise durch eine Kammerbegrenzungswand (152) aus einem von dem Material der elastisch verformbaren Kammerwand (142) verschiedenen Material, vorzugsweise aus einem metallischen Material, insbesondere aus Aluminium, begrenzt wird.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (122) als Ziehkörper (114') und das zweite Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124) als Ziehstempel (104) ausgebildet ist und daß der Druckabschnitt (148) an dem Ziehkörper (114') angeordnet ist.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ziehstempel (104) während des Ziehvorgangs ortsfest ist und der Ziehkörper (114') auf den Ziehstempel (104) zu bewegt wird.
- Tiefziehverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ziehteil (128) bei einem ersten Ziehvorgang vorgeformt und bei einem zweiten Ziehvorgang, bei welchem der zeitlich veränderliche Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) erzeugt wird, nachverformt wird.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug, umfassend ein erstes Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (122) und ein zweites Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124), in dem ein Ziehteil durch Relativbewegung der Tiefziehwerkzeugteile zueinander umformbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Tiefziehwerkzeugteile (122) einen begrenzten Druckabschnitt (148) aufweist, an dem während des Ziehvorgangs selektiv ein zeitlich veränderlicher Druck erzeugbar ist, welcher einen an dem Druckabschnitt anliegenden Abschnitt des Ziehteils (128) gegen das jeweils andere Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124) preßt.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) mittels eines Druckfluids hydraulisch oder pneumatisch erzeugbar ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) gemäß einem vorgegebenen zeitlichen Druckverlauf steuerbar und/oder regelbar ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckabschnitt (148) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Ziehrichtung (112), längs welcher die Tiefziehwerkzeugteile (122, 124) relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, ausgerichtet ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Tiefziehwerkzeug (100') ein eine Zarge (146) aufweisendes Ziehteil (128) umformbar ist und daß ausschließlich die Zarge während des Ziehvorgangs mit dem zeitlich veränderlichen Druck an dem Druckabschnitt (148) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckabschnitt (148) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tiefziehwerkzeug (100') eine Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (134) zur Erzeugung des zeitlich veränderlichen Drucks umfaßt, wobei die Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (134) eine Kammer (140) zur Aufnahme eines unter Druck stehenden Druckfluids und eine elastisch verformbare Kammerwand (142) zur Übertragung des Drucks von dem Druckfluid auf das Ziehteil (128) umfaßt.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (140) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (140) teilweise durch die elastisch verformbare Kammerwand (142) und teilweise durch eine Kammerbegrenzungswand (152) aus einem von dem Material der elastisch verformbaren Kammerwand (142) verschiedenen Material, vorzugsweise aus einem metallischen Material, insbesondere aus Aluminium, begrenzt ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (122) als Ziehkörper (114') und das zweite Tiefziehwerkzeugteil (124) als Ziehstempel (104) ausgebildet ist, und daß der Druckabschnitt (148) an dem Ziehkörper (114') angeordnet ist.
- Tiefziehwerkzeug nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ziehstempel (104) ortsfest ist und der Ziehkörper (114') auf den Ziehstempel (104) zu bewegbar ist.
