Claims (3)

  1. Commutateur de réglage en charge pour un commutateur à gradins comprenant :
    - une cuve à huile (1), distincte qui l'entoure, et dont la paroi comporte des contacts de branchement (21, 22) électriques la traversant, pour chaque phase électrique à commuter, ces contacts étant répartis au moins dans un plan horizontal, en cercle, pour d'une part la sortie de charge et d'autre part chacun des deux côtés A et B du commutateur de réglage en charge commute entre ceux-ci et réalise d'autre part la liaison avec la sortie de charge,
    - une garniture de commutateur de réglage en charge étant prévue à l'intérieur de la cuve à huile (1), comportant un accumulateur de force, des moyens de commutation électriques pour la commutation de charge, des moyens pour actionner les moyens de commutation électriques ainsi que des résistances de passage, et
    - à l'intérieur de la cuve à huile (1) une plaque de palier (10), supérieure, horizontale, porte tous les éléments de la garniture du commutateur de réglage en charge,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque de palier, supérieure (10) est fixée à sa périphérie, par une liaison par la forme et/ou par la force, aux parties des contacts de branchement (21) venant en saillie à l'intérieur de la cuve à huile (1),
    les contacts de branchement (21, 22) de chaque phase étant en liaison à l'intérieur de la cuve à huile (1) avec des paires de contacts principaux permanents,
    chacune des paires de contacts principaux permanents ayant un support de contacts principaux permanents, supérieur et inférieur (16, 17), pour recevoir les doigts de contact, supérieurs et inférieur (18, 19), des contacts permanents, et
    la plaque de palier supérieure (10) est fixée aux supports de contact permanent principaux (16) supérieurs et respectifs de toutes les phases, répartis en cercle dans un plan horizontal.
  2. Commutateur de réglage en charge selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les supports de contact permanents principaux supérieurs (16) ont chacun un étrier de centrage supérieur (18) avec une broche de blocage (29) dirigée vers le haut, et en ce que chacune de ces broches de blocage (29) correspond respectivement à un perçage de blocage (32) à la périphérie de la plaque de palier, supérieure (10), et
    la plaque de palier, supérieure (10) s'appuie par sa face inférieure, de manière bloquée en position, sur l'étrier de centrage supérieur (28).
  3. Commutateur de réglage en charge selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à une distance verticale de la plaque de palier, supérieure (10) et parallèlement à celle-ci, il y a une plaque de palier inférieur (15), reliée mécaniquement de façon solidaire à celle-ci,
    les supports de contacts permanents, principaux, inférieurs (17) ont chacun un étrier de centrage inférieur (30) avec une broche de centrage (31) respective dirigée vers le haut et
    chacune des broches de centrage (31) correspond respectivement à une ouverture de centrage (33) à la périphérie de la plaque de palier inférieure (13), pour avoir un blocage supplémentaire.
