Claims (22)
- Schneidmesser (10) für ein Schneidwerkzeug mit Oszillationsantrieb zum Durchtrennen einer Klebeschicht (17) zwischen einer Karosserie (15) eines Fahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Kfz, und einem Karosserieteil (11), insbesondere einem Dachelement, wobei das Schneidmesser (10) einen Befestigungsabschnitt (23) zur Befestigung am Schneidwerkzeug und einen Schneidenabschnitt (24) umfaßt, der sich im wesentlichen entlang einer Ebene (E) erstreckt, wobei eine Stützanschlagfläche (32) an dem Schneidmesser (10) vorgesehen ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zu dem Schneidenabschnitt (24) und von diesem beabstandet angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) relativ zu dem Schneidenabschnitt (24) verlagerbar ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) von einem Anschlagelement (30) bereitgestellt wird.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagelement (30) verlagerbar ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verlagerung des Anschlagelementes (30) ein Langloch (34, 46) in dem Anschlagelement (30) oder /und in dem Schneidmesser (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an einem drehbaren Rollenkörper (30, 31, 52) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an einem drehfest mit dem Schneidmesser (10) verbundenen Anschlagkörper (30, 44) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) von einer Auflagematte (30) gebildet wird.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagematte (30) aus einem weichelastischen Material besteht.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagematte (30) an dem Scheidmesser (10) stoffschlüssig befestigt, insbesondere angeklebt ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidenabschnitt (24) einen gekrümmten Endabschnitt (36, 54) aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidenabschnitt (24) einen verbreiterten Endbereich (36, 54) aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (10) im wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist und ein L-Schenkel von dem Schneidenabschnitt (24) und ein L-Schenkel von dem Befestigungsabschnitt (23) gebildet wird.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an dem Befestigungsabschnitt (23) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (10) einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Bereich (41) aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Seitenschenkel des U-förmigen Bereiches (41) von dem Schneidenabschnitt gebildet wird.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der andere Seitenschenkel von dem Befestigungsabschnitt (23) gebildet wird.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der andere Seitenschenkel von einem separaten Element (48) gebildet wird.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an dem Bodenschenkel (49) des U-förmigen Bereiches (41) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an dem Befestigungsabschnitt (23) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützanschlagfläche (32) an dem separaten Element (48) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Anschlagfläche (43) vorgesehen ist, die die Ebene (E) schneidet.
