- des moyens UC pour compter le nombre d'inscriptions élémentaires de référence SIER ainsi inscrites sur la piste magnétique PM du titre de référence TREF4, jusqu'au repère RE1, et en déduire la distance DIDI entre la détection optique DO11 du bord transversal du titre et l'inscription magnétique TM1.
Claims (13)
- Procédé d'interface homme/machine pour dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS) du type comprenant un poste d'inscription/lecture magnétique (PIL), un poste d'impression thermique (TT) et des moyens de commande (UC), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :a) - inscrire sur la piste magnétique d'un titre de configuration (TITC) au moins certains paramètres de fonctionnement du dispositif de traitement de titres à configurer (DIS), et imprimer lesdits paramètres de configuration sur ledit titre de configuration (TITC), en correspondance avec l'inscription magnétique desdits paramètres de configuration;b) - introduire le titre de configuration (TITC) dans le dispositif de traitement à configurer (DIS);c) - lire le contenu de la piste magnétique du titre de configuration (TITC); etd) - mémoriser les paramètres de configuration ainsi lus.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape a) consiste à programmer le titre de configuration (TITC) à l'aide d'une machine à programmer choisie, comprenant au moins un poste d'inscription/lecture magnétique, un poste d'impression thermique et des moyens de commande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre les étapes suivantes :1/. - saisir des informations relatives à l'activité du dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS);2/. - mémoriser lesdites informations ainsi saisies; et3/. - imprimer sur un titre de relevé (TIR) lesdites informations ainsi mémorisées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étape 3) comprend l'édition des compteurs de cycles et d'incidents en surimpression sur un titre de relevé (TIR) représentant le mécanisme du dispositif et les éléments concernés par le fonctionnement opérationnel.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape 4) dans laquelle il est prévu d'inscrire sur ledit titre de relevé (TIR), en correspondance avec l'impression thermique, lesdites informations de relevé.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre les étapes suivantes :- i) préparer un titre de référence d'impression thermique (TREF3) comprenant au moins un repère imprimé (REH1, REV, REH2) relatif au cadrage horizontal (H), vertical (V) de l'impression thermique ou à la densité (D) de l'impression thermique;- ii) introduire dans un dispositif de traitement de titres à régler le titre de référence d'impression thermique (TREF3);- iii) imprimer au moins une échelle de référence (H, V, D) sur le titre de référence d'impression thermique (TREF3) par rapport au repère (REH1, REV, REH2); et- iv) indiquer la valeur de la coïncidence entre un élément de l'échelle de référence (H, V, D) et le repère (REH1, REV, REH2).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :- I) introduire dans un dispositif de traitement de titres à régler un titre de référence (TREF4) comprenant une piste magnétique (PM) s'étendant d'un bord transversal (BAVT) à l'autre (BART) du titre et sur le côté longitudinal dudit titre;- II) détecter un bord transversal du titre de référence (TREF4);- III) inscrire sur la piste magnétique (PM) du titre de référence (TREF4) une séquence d'inscriptions élémentaires de référence dont le début est délivré avant l'arrivée du titre de référence sous le poste d'inscription/lecture magnétique et comprenant un repère (RE1);- IV) compter le nombre d'inscriptions élémentaires de référence ainsi inscrites (SIER) sur la piste magnétique du titre de référence (TREF4), jusqu'au repère (RE1), et en déduire la distance (DIDI) entre la détection optique du bord transversal du titre et l'inscription magnétique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape de centrage de la position de coupe, dans laquelle il est prévu de préparer un titre de référence (TREF) comprenant des lignes d'affaiblissement, le titre de référence étant introduit dans le dispositif de traitement de titres à régler et la position de la coupe étant comparée visuellement par rapport aux lignes d'affaiblissement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape de vérification dans laquelle les mouvements élémentaires du dispositif sont déroulés fonction par fonction et/ou ligne code par ligne de code.
- Dispositif d'interface homme/machine pour dispositif de traitement de titres du type comprenant un poste d'inscription/lecture magnétique (PIL), un poste d'impression thermique (TT) et des moyens de commande (UC), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens propres à inscrire sur la piste magnétique d'un titre de configuration (TITC), au moins certains paramètres de fonctionnement d'un dispositif de traitement de titres à configurer (DIS), et des moyens pour imprimer sur ledit titre de configuration (DIS), en correspondance avec la programmation magnétique, lesdits paramètres de configuration;
en ce que le poste d'inscription/lecture (PIL) du dispositif de traitement de titres à configurer (DIS) est apte à lire le contenu de la piste magnétique du titre de configuration (TITC) introduit dans ledit dispositif de traitement de titres à configurer (DIS); et
en ce que les moyens de commande (UC) comprennent des moyens de stockage propres à mémoriser les paramètres de configuration ainsi lus, ce qui permet, d'une part, aux moyens de commande (UC), de configurer le fonctionnement du dispositif de traitement de titres à l'aide desdits paramètres de configuration ainsi mémorisés, et, d'autre part, à l'installateur, de disposer d'un titre de configuration (TITC) sur lequel sont imprimés en correspondance lesdits paramètres de configuration. - Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens propres à relever des informations relatives à l'activité du dispositif de traitement de titres, les moyens de stockage étant propres à mémoriser lesdites informations ainsi relevées, et le poste d'impression (TT) étant apte à imprimer sur un titre de relevé (TIR) lesdites informations ainsi mémorisées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'inscription/lecture magnétique (PIL) est apte à inscrire sur ledit titre de relevé (TIR), en correspondance avec l'impression thermique, lesdites informations de relevé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:des moyens propres à préparer un titre de référence (TREF4) comprenant une piste magnétique (PM) s'étendant d'un bord transversal (BAVT) à l'autre (BART) du titre et sur le côté longitudinal dudit titre;des moyens (DO11) pour détecter un bord transversal du titre de référence (TREF4);des moyens (TM1) pour inscrire sur la piste magnétique (PM) du titre de référence (TREF4) une séquence d'inscriptions élémentaires de référence (SIER) dont le début est délivré avant l'arrivée du titre de référence (TREF4) sous le poste d'inscription magnétique (TM1) et comprenant un repère (RE1); etdes moyens (UC) pour compter le nombre d'inscriptions élémentaires de référence (SIER) ainsi inscrites sur la piste magnétique (PM) du titre de référence (TREF4), jusqu'au repère (RE1), et en déduire la distance (DIDI) entre la détection optique (DO11) du bord transversal du titre et l'inscription magnétique (TM1).
