Claims (3)

  1. Vorrichtung, geeignet zum Herstellen von Fliesen oder dergleichen aus zementartigen Mischungen, umfassend eine Form (1-7) und einen relativ zu der Form beweglichen Stempel (9), in der die Form sowohl ein Basisgitter (4), das auf Abflusskanälen (2) gelagert ist, als auch einen Rahmen (6) umfasst, der auf dem Gitter (4) gelagert ist und damit einen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme und Speicherung einer Masse des zementartigen Gemisches (8) definiert, wobei ein Ende des Stempels (9) zumindest teilweise in den Rahmenhohlraum einsetzbar ist, um das zementartige Gemisch (8) in der Form zu komprimieren und eine Fliese zu formen, wobei in dem Bereich der Form, in den das Ende des Stempels (9) einsetzbar ist, Teile (13,15) bereitgestellt werden, die zum Abziehen der Flüssigkeit geeignet sind, die zwischen dem Stempel (9) und dem Formrahmen (6) während des Pressens des zementartigen Gemisches tropft, wobei die Teile (13, 15) eine Vielzahl an Kanälen oder eine Kammer (14) umfassen, von denen/der sich ein Ende an dem Rand des Formrahmens (6) öffnet, der dem Hohlraum zugewandt ist, und das andere Ende über Leitungen (15) mit einer Saugpumpe verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanäle oder die Kammer (14) in einem kreisförmigen Ring (13) ausgebildet sind, der auf dem Rahmen (6) gelagert ist und mit Federn (16) verbunden ist, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie den Ring (13) vom Rahmen (6) wegheben bzw. ihn halten und daran pressen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (13) gebildet wird, indem mehrere Ringsegmente so miteinander verbunden werden, dass sie voneinander getrennt werden können, so dass es ermöglicht wird, dass die Kanäle oder die Kammer (14), die darin vorgesehen sind, gereinigt werden können/kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Stempel (9) Löcher (11) vorgesehen sind, die ein Ende aufweisen, das sich in die untere periphere Oberfläche des Stempels öffnet, während ihr anderes Ende dazu geeignet ist, mit einer Druckluftquelle verbunden zu werden.
