Definitions
- the invention relates to a round brush consisting of a round body with a central shaft mount, being radial on the round body Recordings are provided in which slotted abrasive cloth with brush-like support strips or the like are arranged, and the round body consists of an injection-molded plastic part, whereby the molded-in individual receptacles are essentially U-shaped and the legs are semi-circular undercuts have to form circular chambers in which the Grinding lines and the support strips are firmly integrated.
- Round brushes are known, which are made of strips and of each other Sandpaper strips and spaced around the circumference support strips arranged behind them consist of brush fibers. This Grinding and support media are preferably placed radially on a round body provided recordings attached, which then also simultaneously form the brush body of the round brush.
- a disadvantage of the known round brush is that the given round brush with regard to their use for polishing or grinding Areas hardly allow any design options, because on the one hand the Given the grain structure of the abrasive cloth on the round brush and, on the other hand, the brush-like support strips in terms of its stiffness on a known one Round brush is also specified.
- Such according to the state The round brush known in the art is therefore not to be individually machined Customizable areas. To meet the requirements in practice it is therefore always necessary that the corresponding Round brush must be kept.
- the abrasive cloth is designed as a replaceable element, the support strips separate from the abrasive cloth on separate borders the round body are arranged, and wherein the borders of Abrasive lines and / or support strips are detachably arranged in receptacles and where one or more abrasive cloth sheets on one Edging are provided.
- a round brush can be individually designed because the Grinding and polishing media are provided interchangeably on the round brush body are. This now gives you the option of changing grinding lines with different grits or by changing the support strip with different stiffness, the round brush exactly to the material to be processed or the Adjust the round brush so that the round brush is optimally processed of surfaces to be polished or ground.
- the inventive method can be used Round brush light and easy the grinding components removed and replaced with finer abrasive cloth.
- the user thus has the opportunity to quickly and easily polish or Adjust grinding tool to the resulting situation.
- the user thus becomes a modular system given which gives him the opportunity to put together appropriate brush elements, being next
- the use of the round brush as a grinding tool also as a brush element for dusting but also as a structural brush or as a brush can be used to distribute paints. This is mainly due to the interchangeability of the individual elements on the round body.
- the support strips can be made of different materials such as Brushes made of bristles, leather, rubber, fabric, plastic, non-woven material or the like. exist in more or less slotted design. Latter Materials have the advantage that they are compared to the bristle fibers are much more durable. In further training they are brushes Support strips formed from bristles in individual bundles in the interchangeable elements.
- abrasive cloth sheets arranged in an enclosure.
- Several sanding sheets can be graded in the edging be arranged so that pre-grinding and regrinding take place can.
- the arrangement of the stepped abrasive lines is according to the invention suggested that in the area of the tack strip of the abrasive cloth sheets parallel perforated strips are arranged. Consequently is a graduated bracket of the in a simple manner Allows sanding sheets on the edging.
- the user can the step distances of the abrasive cloth sheets themselves on the border establish.
- the abrasive cloth sheets can advantageously preferably stiffened with fiber.
- the border comprises a longitudinally slotted tube, which easily fits into the circular Allow chambers to slide in on the round brush.
- a contact strip on one of the slot edges of the pipe molded on, which is a sufficient contact surface or mounting surface for the abrasive cloth.

- the half-shell profiles can their length can be adjusted as desired by the Half-shell profiles are stuck together so that overlapping areas form that vary the length of the half-shell edging enable. Another way to vary the length results from the fact that the nested ones Half-shell profiles are provided at the end with a sleeve that the Allow connection for extension.
- the Round body of the round brush is proposed to be on the round body provided receptacles for the border each axially semicircular ring elements are closed.
- the brush elements or grinding elements in the installed state of the round body on the Waves can be exchanged. This is about the brush elements easily remove one of the semicircular from the shots trained ring elements removed so that the shots become free in an area on the front of the round body, the lower part of the round brush through the semicircular counter element remains tense.
- the individual elements slightly pushed out of the pictures around these with new or different brush or grinding elements populate again.
- the ring elements provided for closing the receptacle are designed in such a way that they have an eccentric bearing of the round brush on the Allow wave recording.
- Such an arrangement enables in the rotation of the brush body an oscillating, rotating movement of the brush body on the shaft holder.
- the Ring elements on a wedge shape in cross section, so that the round brush body in the clamped state one for shaft absorption takes an inclined or angled position.
- Figures 1 and 2 shows the partially sectioned front view a round brush 1, which consists of a round body 2 with a central Shaft recording 3 exists.
