Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und dosierten Abgabe einer aktiven Zusammensetzung in eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäschetrockner oder eine Geschirrspülmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19) zur Aufnahme wenigstens der doppelten Menge einer einzelnen Dosierung der aktiven Zusammensetzung; eine mit der Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19) über einen Durchlaß (9; 14; 21) verbundene Dosierungskammer (2; 13; 20) zur Aufnahme einer einzelnen Dosierung der aktiven Zusammensetzung und Abgabe derselben durch einen Abgabedurchlaß (8; 17; 26) in das Innere der Maschine; und Mittel zum Öffnen (5, 7; 5', 7'; 15; 22, 23, 24, 25) des Abgabedurchlasses (8; 17; 26) und vorherigen oder gleichzeitigen Schließen des Durchlasses (9; 14; 21) zwischen Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19) und Dosierungskammer (2; 13; 20), die durch Mittel (3; 3'; 16; 23) betätigt werden, die durch Bedingungen im Inneren der Maschine aktiviert werden, die ausschließlich während eines Wasch-, Trocken- oder Geschirrspülzyklus vorliegen, und zum erneuten Öffnen des Durchlasses (9; 14; 21) zwischen Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19) und Dosierungskammer (2; 13; 20) und vorherigen oder gleichzeitigen Schließen des Abgabedurchlasses (8; 17; 26) der Dosierungskammer (2; 13; 20) zum Wiederauffüllen derselben aus der Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Fluidreservoir (3; 3'); eine Expansionseinrichtung (5; 5'), wobei zwischen Fluidreservoir (3; 3') und Expansionseinrichtung (5; 5') ein Einwegeventil (4; 4') so angeordnet ist, daß ein Fluidstrom zwischen Fluidreservoir (3; 3') und Expansionseinrichtung (5; 5') ermöglicht wird; eine Öffnungs/Verschlußeinrichtung (7; 7'), die durch die Expansionseinrichtung (5; 5') so betätigt wird, daß der Abgabedurchlaß (8) der Dosierungskammer (2) geöffnet und vorher oder gleichzeitig der Durchlaß (9) zwischen Vorratskammer (1) und Dosierungskammer (2) geschlossen wird, um eine im wesentlichen vollständigen Abgabe des Inhalts der Dosierungskammer (2) in die Maschine zu ermöglichen; eine Rückstelleinrichtung (11; 11'), die das Zurückstellen der Öffnungs/Verschlußeinrichtung (7; 7') in die Ausgangsposition bewirkt; und Mittel (10), die den Austritt des hydraulischen Fluids (6) aus der Expansionseinrichtung (5; 5') bei Zurückstellen der Öffnungs/Verschlußeinrichtung (7; 7') durch die Rückstelleinrichtung (11; 11') ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fluidstrom aus dem Fluidreservoir (3) in die Expansionseinrichtung (5) dadurch bewirkt wird, daß das Fluidreservoir durch direkte oder indirekte Einwirkung von Wasch- oder Trockengut zusammengedrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs/Verschlußeinrichtung (7) ein Schieberventil umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fluidstrom aus dem Fluidreservoir (3') in die Expansionseinrichtung (5') dadurch bewirkt wird, daß ein schwenkbar befestigtes Gewicht (30) durch die Rotation der Vorrichtung mit der Waschmaschinen- oder Wäschetrocknertrommel Druck auf das Fluidreservoir (3') ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs/Verschlußeinrichtung (7') ein Schwimmerventil umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstelleinrichtung (11; 11') eine Rückstellfeder umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Einwegeventil (14) zwischen Vorratskammer (12) und Dosierungskammer (13); eine Wasserkammer (15) mit einem Einwegeventil (16), wobei zu Beginn eines Betriebszyklus in der Maschine befindliches Wasser durch das Einwegeventil (16) in die Wasserkammer (15) einströmt und diese so ausgedehnt wird, daß die Dosierungskammer (13) zusammengedrückt, ein Abgabedurchlaß (17) der Dosierungskammer (13) geöffnet und vorher oder gleichzeitig das Einwegeventil (14) zwischen Vorratskammer (12) und Dosierungskammer (13) geschlossen wird, um den Inhalt der Dosierungskammer (13) im wesentlichen vollständig in die Maschine abzugeben; sowie Mittel (18), die den langsamen Austritt des Wassers aus der Wasserkammer (15) ermöglichen, wodurch sich die Dosierungskammer (13) wieder ausdehnt, das Einwegeventil (14) zwischen Vorratskammer (12) und Dosierungskammer (13) geöffnet und vorher oder gleichzeitig der Abgabedurchlaß (17) der Dosierungskammer (13) geschlossen wird, um die Dosierungskammer (13) aus der Vorratskammer (12) wiederaufzufüllen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (18) kleine Löcher umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Einwegeventil (21) zwischen Vorratskammer (19) und Dosierungskammer (20); Mittel (22, 23, 24, 25), die bei Temperaturerhöhung zumindest teilweise eine Formveränderung durchlaufen, durch die die Dosierungskammer (20) zusammengedrückt, der Abgabedurchlaß (26) der Dosierungskammer (20) geöffnet und vorher oder gleichzeitig das Einwegeventil (21) zwischen Vorratskammer (19) und Dosierungskammer (25) geschlossen wird, um den Inhalt der Dosierungskammer (20) im wesentlichen vollständig in die Maschine abzugeben, wobei die Mittel (22, 23, 24, 25) bei Abkühlung zumindest teilweise eine im wesentlichen entgegensetzte Formveränderung durchlaufen und dadurch das Einwegeventil (21) zwischen Vorratskammer (19) und Dosierungskammer (20) wieder geöffnet und vorher oder gleichzeitig der Abgabedurchlaß (26) der Dosierungskammer (20) geschlossen wird, um die Dosierungskammer (20) aus der Vorratskammer (19) wieder aufzufüllen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine starre Kammer (22) mit einem darin befindlichen Material (23), das sich bei Temperaturerhöhung ausdehnt und bei Abkühlung zusammenzieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (23) ein Wachs umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stempel (25) zum Zusammendrücken der Dosierungskammer (20) über ein auf die Ausdehnung des Materials (23) reagierendes flexibles Diaphragma (24) angehoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Bimetalleinheit, die sich bei Temperaturerhöhung verbiegt und bei Abkühlung zurückstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorratskammer (1; 12; 19) so ausgestaltet ist, daß sie von außen wiederaufgefüllt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie fest, aber lösbar im Innern der Maschine befestigt ist.
