Claims (10)
- Schutzvorrichtung für einen Kontakt (51, 52) eines Sicherungseinsatzes (50) mit einem als mit einem Sandfülloch versehene Hauptkappe ausgebildeten Kontakt (51) und mit einem als das Sandfülloch verschließende Verschlußkappe ausgebildeten Kontakt (52), wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (10) ein Kontaktschutzelement (11) aus leitendem Material umfaßt, das den Kontakt (51, 52) zumindest in dem Wirkungsbereich eines Gegenkontakts (60) vollständig abdeckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schutzvorrichtung (10) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie den als Hauptkappe ausgebildeten Kontakt (51) mit dem Sandfülloch kontaktiert und von dem das Sandfülloch verschließenden als Verschlußkappe ausgebildeten Kontakt (52) mit Abstand angeordnet ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktschutzelement (11) als Kontaktschutzpfanne ausgebildet ist, in die ein Kontakt (51, 52), insbesondere eines Sicherungseinsatzes, im wesentlichen vollständig einsetzbar ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktschutzelement aus Kupfer, Silber oder Gold besteht.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktschutzelement eine Dicke von mindestens 0,5 mm aufweist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktschutzelement eine Dicke von 1 mm bis 2 mm aufweist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktschutzelement (11) zwei Kontaktpunkte (12) aufweist, die über eine Abschirmebene des Kontaktschutzelementes (11) hinausragen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktpunkte (12) aufgeschweißt sind.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kontaktmaterial für die Kontaktpunkte (12) eine Zinn-Silber-Verbindung verwendet ist.
- Sicherungsstöpsel (40) für eine Schaltersicherungseinheit (20) mit einem Aufnahmebereich für einen Sicherungseinsatz (50),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Sicherungsstöpsel (40) eine Schutzvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfaßt. - Schaltwippe (30) für eine Schaltersicherungseinheit (20), in die ein Sicherungseinsatz (50) oder ein Sicherungsstöpsel (40) mit einem Aufnahmebereich für einen Sicherungseinsatz (50) einsetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schaltwippe eine Schutzvorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
