Claims (10)
- Eine Speichereinrichtung mit einer Karten aufnehmenden, vertikal stehenden Stapelspeicherkassette (1), mit einer dem oberen Kassettenrandbereich (4) benachbarten Karteneingabe-, -lese- und Steuerungseinheit (3), wobei die Stapelspeicherkassette (1) eine vertikal verlaufende, in einer Kassettenseite angeordnete Speicheröffnung (5) hat, und mit einer in dieser Öffnung (5) vertikal verfahrbaren, ein Liftgehäuse (19a, 19b) aufweisenden und eine im Speicherinnenraum (10) zu liegen kommende Ablageplatte (9) für die Karten aufweisende Lifteinheit (7), welche im Kassettenendbereich entnehmbar, einsetzbar und an den Öffnungsrändern angreifend, um jeweils bevorzugt eine Kartenpaketablagehöhe für ein einwandfreies Kartenablegen höhenverfahrbar d.h. absenkbar ist.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Öffnungsrand eine an ihm längsverlaufende Zahnstange (11a, 11b) mit vorzugsweise gegen die Öffnung (5) gerichteten Zähnen (12) und die Lifteinheit (7) beidseits je ein bevorzugt als Zahnrad ausgebildetes Kletterrad (13a, 13b) hat, welches mit der entsprechenden Zahnstange (11a, 11b) kämmt.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Kletterrad (13a, 13b) verschwenkbar in einer ersten bzw. zweiten Halteeinheit (15a, 15b), bevorzugt federbelastet, gegen jeweils eine der Zahnstangen (11a, 11b) drückend gehalten ist und
zur Entnahme der Lifteinheit (7) von der Kassette (1) beide Kletterräder (13a, 13b) aufeinander zu verschiebbar sind. - Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Halteeinheit (15a, 15b) als Hebel ausgebildet ist, das eine Hebelende eine horizontal verlaufende erste Lagerbüchse (23a, 23b) aufweist, welche jeweils die Rotationsachse für eines der Kletterräder (13a, 13b) aufnimmt, das andere Hebelende mit einem Schwenkgelenk verschwenkbar gehalten ist.
- Speichereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kletterräder (13a, 13b) über je einen Getrieberadsatz (39a, 39b) antreibbar sind, dessen jeweils erstes Zahnrad (41a, 41b) mit einem der Kletterräder bzw. einem insbesonders mit diesem fest zugeordneten und verbundenen Zahnrad (44a, 44b) kämmt und jedes zweite Zahnrad (43a, 43b) der Getrieberadsätze (39a, 39b) zusammen mit einem insbesondere durch einen Elektromotor (49) antreibbares Schneckenrad (47) kämmt, damit einerseits ein Gleichlauf der Kletterräder (13a, 13b) und andererseits bei Liftstillstand eine Selbsthemmung der Kletterräder (13a, 13b) erreicht wird.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkgelenk am anderen Hebelende eine zweite Lagerbüchse (27a, 27b) aufweist, welche auf einer koaxialen, zwischen erstem und zweitem Zahnrad (41a/b, 43a/b) des Getrieberadsatzes (39a, 39b) angeordneten Achsverdickung (51a, 51b) gleitet.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 6, gekennzeichnet durch jeweils einen an der Innenseite des Liftgehäuses (19a) angeordneten, mit einer Bohrung (35a, 35b) versehenem Achszapfen (33a, 33b) und eine dritte, an die zweite Lagerbüchse (27a, 27b) anschließende Lagerbüchse (31a, 31b) am anderen Hebelende, wobei die dritte Lagerbüchse (31a, 31b) und der Achszapfen (33a, 33b) derart ausgebildet sind, dass jede Halteeinheit (15a, 15b) auf dem betreffenden Achszapfen (33a, 33b) mit der dritten Lagerbüchse (31a, 31b) verschwenkbar ist.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede zweite und die dritte Lagerbüchse (27a/b, 31a/b) eine Ausnehmung (65a, 65b) aufweisen, durch die das Kletterrad (13a, 13b) bzw. bevorzugt auch dessen fest zugeordnetes Zahnrad (44a, 44b) hindurch kämmend in das erste Zahnrad (41a, 41b) greift.
- Speichereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen ersten hebelartigen Ansatz (53a) an der ersten Halteeinheit (15a), einen zweiten hebelartigen Ansatz (53b) an der zweiten Halteeinheit (15b), eine Zugfeder (57) zwischen den ersten Lagerbüchsen (23a, 23b) der ersten und zweiten Halteeinheit (15a, 15b) und einen manuell gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder (17) betätigbaren Schieber (21), wobei beide Ansätze (53a, 53b) von einer geometrischen Verbindungsachse (54a, 54b) zwischen jeweils der ersten geometrischen Lagerbüchsenachse (56a, 56b) und der betreffenden geometrischen Schwenkgelenkachse (29a, 29b) weggerichtet, infolge der Kraft der Zugfeder (57) aufeinander aufliegend, angeordnet sind, der Schieber (21) eine Erhebung (61) aufweist, welche in einem nicht gegen das Liftgehäuse (19a, 19b) eingedrückten Ruhezustand des Schiebers (21) den zweiten Ansatz (53b) sowie damit auch den ersten Ansatz (53a) hochhält und im eingedrückten Zustand durch Wegschieben der Erhebung (61) beide Ansätze (53a, 53b) nach unten bewegen läßt, wodurch beide Halteeinheiten (15a, 15b) die Kletterräder (13a, 13b) gegeneinander bewegen, wodurch dann die Lifteinheit (7) aus der Öffnung (5) insbesondere durch einen der Ablageplatte (9) entsprechenden Schlitz (65a, 65b) am unteren Öffnungsrand entnehmbar ist.
