Claims (14)
- Schalldämmeinrichtung für eine Falzmaschine mit einer Schalldämmhaube (10) und einer Längsführung (12) entlang derer die Schalldämmhaube (10) von einer Geschlossen- in eine Offen-Position verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalldämmhaube (10) an einen Drehpunkt (16, 16') drehbar gelagert ist, um den sie insbesondere in der Offen-Position schwenkbar ist. - Schalldämmhaube nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Druckmittel (24), insbesondere eine Gasdruckfeder, vorgesehen ist, das die Schalldämmhaube (10) nach dem Erreichen der Offen-Position automatisch schwenkt. - Schalldämmhaube nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalldämmhaube (10) in ihrer Offen-Position frei schwenkbar ist. - Schalldämmeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalldämmhaube (10) in ihrer Offen-Position in Rastereinstellungen schwenkbar ist. - Schalldämmeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (12) als Führungsschiene ausgebildet und mittig zum Falzwerk vorgesehen ist. - Schalldämmhaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (12) gebogen ist. - Schallschutzhaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schallschutzhaube (10) ein Eingriffschutz (20), insbesondere zum Schutz vor Eingreifen in Walzen und Messerwellen, vorgesehen ist. - Schallschutzhaube nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffschutz (20) schwenkbar vorgesehen ist. - Schallschutzhaube nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffschutz (20) in der Offen-Position der Schalldämmhaube (10) so schwenkbar ist, dass im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsführung (12) anordenbar ist. - Schalldämmeinrichtung für eine Falzmaschine mit einer Schalldämmhaube (10) und einer Längsführung (12) entlang derer die Schalldämmhaube (10) von einer Geschlossen- in eine Offen-Position verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (12) gebogen ausgeführt ist. - Schallschutzhaube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (12) eine Schiebehilfe, insbesondere eine integrierte Gasdruckfeder, aufweist. - Falzmaschine mit wenigstens einer Schallschutzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Verfahren zum Entfemen einer Schallschutzeinrichtung von einer Falzmaschine,
wobei die Schallschutzeinrichtung eine Schalldämmhaube (10) aufweist und die Schalldämmhaube entlang einer Längsführung (12) bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalldämmhaube (10) entlang der Längsführung (12) von einer Geschlossen-Position in eine Offen-Position verschoben wird und die Schalldämmhaube (10) um einen Drehpunkt (16, 16') vor oder nach dem Verschieben entlang der Längsführung gedreht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schalldämmhaube (10) ein Eingriffschutz (20) schwenkbar angebracht ist und der Eingriffschutz (20) zusammen mit der Schalldämmhaube (10) geschwenkt und nach dem Ende der Schwenkbewegung der Schalldämmhaube solange weiter geschwenkt wird, bis er an der Längsführung (12) anliegt.
