Durch das Einpressen werden die elastisch nachgiebigen Federelemente nach außen gedrückt. Es kommt zu einer Vergrößerung der lichten Weite im Auspresskorb. Die nach unten, in Richtung Eimer gerichtete Eindruckkraft wird durch die Stützteile 4, die Boden 7 und Halterahmen 6 verbinden, aufgenommen. Im Gegensatz zu den Federelementen 3, die beim Eindrücken des Reinigungselementes auf Biegung beansprucht werden, unterliegen die Stützteile 4 einer Zugbeanspruchung. Während des Pressens ändern sie ihre Form nicht. Die Auswringvorrichtung ist am Putzeimer mittels Haltepratzen 2 festlegbar. Diese Haltepratzen greifen in die untere Abschlusskante der oberseitigen Umrollung eines Eimers, wodurch die Auswringvorrichtung am Putzeimer arretierbar ist. Bevorzugt werden drei Haltepratzen, wodurch die Anbringung der Auswringvorrichtung in einem Seitenbereich des Putzeimers erfolgen kann und genügend Platz zum Eintauchen des Wischmops verbleibt. Die in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Ausführungsform der Auswringvorrichtung lässt sich kostengünstig als Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff herstellen. In Figur 1 sind die Federelemente nach unten zum Boden hin spitz zulaufend, aber mit gleichdicker Wandstärke ausgebildet. Eine weitere Verbesserung lässt sich dadurch erwirken, indem die Federelemente in ihrer Erstreckung zwischen Boden und Halterahmen unterschiedlichen Querschnitt oder ein unterschiedliches Profil aufweisen. Dadurch ist es möglich, innerhalb des Auspresskorbes in Abhängigkeit der Höhe im Korb unterschiedlich starke Gegenkräfte der Federelemente beim Eindrücken des Reinigungselementes zu bewirken. Indem die Mantelteile 4 der trichterförmigen Aufnahme 1 beim Eindrücken des Reinigungselementes den Weg nach unten hin begrenzen, wird gleichzeitig ein Überdehnen der Federelemente verhindert. Bei der in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsform sind die Federelemente und die Mantelteile auf Lücke angeordnet. In Figur 2 ist gut erkennbar, dass zwischen jedem Federelement ein etwa gleich großes Mantelteilstück eines Hohlkegels als Stützteil angeordnet ist. Das jeweils von Federelement und Mantelstück abgedeckte Kreissegment kann aber auch unterschiedliche Größe haben. So kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn das Kreissegment der Mantelteile die Federelemente unterschneidet, wodurch auch jene Fransen des Reinigungselementes ausgepresst werden, die beim Einbringen des Mops zwischen Feder- und Mantelteil gelangen.

Claims (12)
- Auswringvorrichtung für Reinigungselemente von Nass- und Feuchtwischgeräten, umfassend eine an einem Behälter festlegbare, flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Aufnahme (1) in welcher ein Reinigungselement durch Eindrücken auswringbar ist wobei die Aufnahme formbare Wandteile (3) aufweist und sich die lichte Weite der Aufnahme beim Eindrücken des Reinigungselementes durch die wirksame Eindrückkraft ändert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandteile als Federelemente (3) mit konvexer Krümmung ausgebildet sind, die durch die Eindrückkraft im Sinne einer Vergrößerung der lichten Weite formbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Eindrücken des Reinigungselementes durch die Eindrückkraft die Krümmung der Federelemente (3 ) verringerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federelemente (3) in einer trichterförmigen Aufnahme (1) einen sich tulpenkelchförmig nach unten verjüngenden Auspresskorb (5) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (1) einen durch Stützteile (4) mit einem Halterahmen (6) verbundenen Boden (7) aufweist, wobei jedes Federelement (3) an einem oberen Ende (8) mit dem Halterahmen (6) und an einem unteren Ende (9) mit dem Boden (7) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (1) als Spritzgussteil aus polymerem Werkstoff gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützteile (4) starr und die Federelemente (3) flexibel ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (7) Durchbrüche (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Halterahmen (6) Haltepratzen (2) ausgebildet sind, um die Aufnahme (1) am Rand eines Putzeimers (11) festzulegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federelemente (3) und die Mantelteile (4) sternförmig um den Boden (7) und auf Lücke angeordnet sind wobei jeweils zwischen Federelement und Mantelteil eine Wasserdurchtrittsöffnung gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federelemente (3) in ihrer Erstreckungsrichtung gesehen zwischen Halterahmen (6) und Boden (7) einen unterschiedlichen Querschnitt oder ein unterschiedliches Profil aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Eintrittsöffnung des Auspresskorbes ein Einführtrichter vorgelagert ist.
- Einrichtung zum Nass- und Feuchtreinigen, umfassend einen Aufwaschmop, mit einem Mopkopf mit Flüssigkeit absorbierenden Fransen, einen Putzeimer, zur Aufnahme von Reinigungsflüssigkeit, eine am Putzeimer festlegbare trichterförmige Aufnahme zum Ausquetschen von in den Fransen des Aufwaschmops absorbierten Flüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (1) konvex gekrümmte Feder-elemente (3) aufweist die einen sich tulpenkelchförmig nach unten verjüngenden Auspresskorb (5) bilden, in welchem der Mopkopf von oben her einführbar ist und durch Einpressen die Flüssigkeit aus den Fransen auswringbar ist.
