- the wringing device can be fixed on the cleaning bucket by means of holding claws 2. These holding claws reach into the lower end edge of the top of a bucket, so that the wringing device can be locked on the cleaning bucket. Three holding claws are preferred, as a result of which the wringing device can be attached in a side region of the cleaning bucket and sufficient space remains for immersing the mop.
- the embodiment of the wringer shown in the drawings can be produced inexpensively as an injection molded part made of plastic.
- the spring elements are tapered down towards the bottom, but with the same wall thickness. A further improvement can be achieved in that the spring elements have a different cross section or a different profile in their extension between the floor and the holding frame.
- the squeeze basket it is possible, within the squeeze basket, to effect counter-forces of the spring elements of different strengths depending on the height in the basket when the cleaning element is pressed in. Since the jacket parts 4 of the funnel-shaped receptacle 1 limit the way downward when the cleaning element is pressed in, overstretching of the spring elements is prevented at the same time.
- the spring elements and the jacket parts are arranged in a gap. It can be clearly seen in FIG. 2 that an approximately equally large jacket section of a hollow cone is arranged as a supporting part between each spring element.
- the circle segment covered by the spring element and the jacket piece can also have different sizes. So it can be advantageous if the circular segment of the jacket parts undercuts the spring elements, as a result of which those fringes of the cleaning element are pressed out that come between the spring and jacket parts when the pug is inserted.

Description
The invention relates to a wringing device for cleaning elements of Wet and damp mop bones with a fixable on a container liquid-permeable receptacle in which a cleaning element through Pressing out is wrung, the receptacle being formable wall parts has and the clear width of the recording when pressing the Cleaning element changes by the effective indentation force.
Such a wringing device is known from EP 0 489 237. The Wringing device has a liquid-permeable receptacle that is attached to the edge of a cleaning bucket and in which a wet mop passes Pushing in is wrung out. The receptacle is funnel-shaped and consists of elastically deformable, spaced from each other Wall parts. These wall parts are curved in an arc and with one outer leg attached to the holding frame of the receptacle while a inner leg is brought together in a bottom part of the receptacle. The The apices of the wall parts enclose an insertion opening for the wet mop. In order to squeeze cleaning liquid out of the wet mop, it is used inserted into the receptacle from above and pressed down. By the Pushing the pug in will pull tensile forces from the floor onto the inner legs the elastic wall parts transferred. These work in the area of the apex Tensile forces as bending moments, so that the legs become elastic inwards deform. The wall parts of the receptacle to be moved towards each other cause a reduction in the clear width of the insertion opening. It is coming to press the wall parts against the wet mop, thereby Liquid is squeezed out. The liquid can flow between the Drain wall parts into the cleaning bucket. If at the end of the Cleaning process by mopping water from the floor into the To clean the cleaning bucket, the mop must be strong enough be squeezed out. A very good wringing result can only be achieved with achieve considerable effort. To keep the light when squeezing To reduce the width of the press room accordingly, the bottom of the Press the recording down sharply. This is the only way to achieve that required liquid especially from the inner area of the Squeezing mop fibers. Since the contact pressure is not directly in a Reduction of the press room is implemented, but also parts of the Recording deformed, the moving of the legs allow, there is an undesirable load on the joints and the user's shoulder. This complicates the handling of the Wringer.
The invention has for its object a wringing device to indicate, in which the wringing better than before and with less It takes effort that is simple, inexpensive to manufacture and is well suited for home use.
This object is achieved with a wringing device
The type mentioned at the beginning with the characteristic features of
To solve the problem it is provided that the wall parts as Spring elements with a convex curvature are formed by the Impression force in the sense of increasing the clear width can be shaped. The invention is based on the knowledge that an efficient Wringing result is achieved in particular when the impression force is converted directly into a contact pressure and not into the deformation of Parts of the recording is introduced that do not reduce the Effect press room. For this purpose, the invention provides spring elements, which in a rest position are convexly curved in the direction of the squeezing space. During the pressing-out process, there is no Reduction but an increase in the clear width of the Press room. By pushing in the cleaning element, they act Spring elements as deformable contact surfaces and reduce with increasing convection force their convex curvature. According to the invention there is essentially only an elastic deformation of this Spring elements, but not to deform other parts of the Cradle. This enables easier wringing out comparatively less for a desired wringing result Impression force is necessary. The convex curvature of the spring elements that with increasing pressing force on all sides also on the mop acts, the impression force is effectively converted into a contact pressure.
Removing the excess moisture from a washup mop has been a problem a funnel-shaped receptacle has proven itself in which the spring elements are one Form the tulip cup-shaped squeezing basket. For the large-scale wet cleaning of floor coverings is often a Used a mop that absorbs large amounts of water Can record strips. These absorbent strips are tassel-like attached to a handle by a mop head. Prerequisite for a speedy Floor cleaning is that the strips after each partial cleaning rinsed thoroughly by immersing in water and then from excess moisture are freed. At the end of cleaning one The surface section of the water contaminated with soil should be as possible completely absorbed and by efficient wringing into the cleaning bucket reach. Due to the tulip-cup-shaped shape that tapers downwards of the squeeze basket can do the multitude of absorbent strips well recorded and with a comparatively low pressing force be wrung out.
Advantageously, the receptacle has a conical shell a holding frame connected to the floor, each spring element on an upper end with the holding frame and at a lower end with is connected to the ground. This way the distance between Keep the base and holding frame of the receptacle when pressed in, whereby the pressing force is efficiently converted into a pressing force, because Deformation work only to reduce the curvature of the Spring elements is applied and not to deform parts of the Intake that is only indirect to remove the liquid from the Contribute cleaning element.
The wringing device can be inexpensively made as an injection molded part produce polymeric material. Advantageously, the jacket parts of the Recording sufficiently rigid and the spring elements with the desired Flexibility to be trained.
In order to allow the squeezed out to flow away as freely as possible To allow amount of liquid, it is beneficial if the bottom Has breakthroughs.
It is advantageous if claws are formed on the holding frame in order to to fix the picture on the edge of a cleaning bucket. The claws of the Wringing device clasp the edge of the cleaning bucket, so that always it is guaranteed that when the pug is pushed in, it will be on the edge of the bucket is supported effectively and does not slip. A very tight fit of the Cleaning bucket attachment is achieved when three on the wringer Brackets are molded. This is an advantage if the holding claws have a creasing on a surface facing the bucket wall, which in the roll over of the cleaning bucket engages and the The wringing device is thereby locked on the edge of the cleaning bucket.
With regard to the production, it is advantageous if the spring elements and the jacket parts are arranged in a star shape around the floor and on a gap, one between the spring element and the jacket part Water passage opening is formed.
It is advantageous if each spring element in its direction of extension seen, a different between the holding frame and floor Cross-section or have a different profile. This allows the Spring elements are designed so that their pressing force in vertical Direction is different. When pressing in the cleaning element can also effectively drain the liquid from the upper areas of the pug.
An insertion funnel is preferably arranged in front of the squeezing basket. The Conical surfaces of this funnel form a guide for the downward hanging fringes of a pug, causing them to bundle into the entry opening of the press room.
A facility for wet and damp cleaning is advantageous from a recording that is adapted to the wash-up mop to be recorded and its shape is adapted to the size of the cleaning bucket.
To further explain the invention, reference is made to the drawings taken in the figures a preferred embodiment of the Invention is shown schematically.

In Figure 1 is an embodiment of the invention
Wringing device shown spatially. The wringer is through
a
The wringing is done by a downward pushing force and may include twisting and twisting the pug.
Mantelteil gelangen. The squeezing
