Das integrierte, einstellbare Luftreduzierventil ermöglicht einen flexiblen Einsatz der Preßluftdüse und eine Vermeidung von Gefahren bei Druckluftsystemen mit hohem Betriebsdruck.

Erfindungsgemäß ist der Bereich zwischen zentraler Düse 75 und Ringdüse 76 als Ringvorsprung 77 ausgebildet, der als Berührungsschutz dient, wobei, wenn die Austrittsdüse 75 gegen eine Oberfläche gepreßt wird, die Druckluft vollständig aus der Ringdüse 76 ausströmt und somit keine Schäden auf der Oberfläche hinterläßt. Gleichzeitig erlaubt dieser Ringvorsprung die Druckmessung der ausströmenden Preßluft durch einen handelsüblichen und damit preisgünstigen Automobilpneudruckmesser.

Claims (14)
- Preßluftdüse mit einem Systemträger mit Schlauchanschluß zur Zufuhr eines Druckmediums und einem Austrittsventil mit mindestens einer Austrittsdüse, wobei der Systemträger (1) ein integriertes, einstellbares Luftreduzierventil aufweist, und der Durchsatz des Luftreduzierventils durch Verdrehen oder Verschieben der Regulierhülse (30) auf oder innerhalb der Systemhülse (1) einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ventilteller (152) eines Kippventils (150) eine Druckreduzierfläche (153) ausbildet, die zusammen mit einer Druckreduzierfläche (121) eines Regulierstücks (120) das Luftreduzierventil ausbildet.
- Preßluftdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Systemhülse (1) ein Einsatz (10) mit einem Dichtelement (12) eingesetzt ist, der zusammen mit einem Regulierstück (20) und einer Regulierhülse (30) das Luftreduzierventil ausbildet.
- Preßluftdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Regulierstück (20) und die Regulierhülse (30) gegenüber dem Dichtelement (12) verschiebbar und/oder verdrehbar angeordnet sind.
- Preßluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Regulierstück (20) und die Regulierhülse (30) zum Anschluß und zur Halterung des Preßluftschlauches (9) für die Zufuhr des Druckmediums ausgebildet sind.
- Preßluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlauchanschluß (20,30; 120,130) gleichzeitig als Luftreduzierventil ausgebildet ist.
- Preßluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßluftschlauch (9) zwischen dem Regulierstück (20) und der Regulierhülse (30) eingepreßt ist, und dass das Regulierstück (20) abdichtend in die Systemhülse (1) eingesteckt und dort von einer Anschlusshülse (90) arretiert ist, welche in die Systemhülse (1) eingeschraubt ist.
- Pressluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine unlösbar verbundene Schlauchtülle (70) aufweist, wobei in der Schlauchtülle (70) ein Pressluftschirm und/oder ein Anschluss für einen Luftdruckmesser und/oder ein Berührungsschutz integriert sind.
- Presstuftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Systemhülse (1) von einer Außenhülse (60) umgeben ist, und beide Hülsen (1, 60) den unteren Abschnitt (71) de Schlauchtülle (70) zwischen sich aufnehmen.
- Pressluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass die Schlauchtülle (70) einen unteren Abschnitt (71) zur Befestigung an der Systemhülse aufweist, einen mittleren Abschnitt mit Fingerauflage (73) und/oder einen Fingerschutz zur Betätigung des Austrittsventils und einen oberen Abschnitt mit Spitze (74), die eine zentrale Austrittsdüse (75) für das Druckmedium aufweist.
- Pressluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fingerauflage (73) einen angeformten Ringflansch (73a) aufweist.
- Presstuftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um die zentrale Austrittsdüse (75) eine Ringdüse (76) angeordnet ist, die zur Erzeugung eines Luftschirms dient.
- Pressiuftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zentraler Austrittsdüse (75) und Ringdüse (76) ein Ringvorsprung (77) angeordnet ist, der über die Spitze (74) hinausragt und als Berührungsschutz dient, und für die Aufnahme des Anschlusses eines handelsüblichen Kfz-Reifen-Luftdruckmessers ausgebildet ist.
- Pressluftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein abnehmbares Verlängeruhgsrohr (80) mit pneumatischem Schutzsehirm integriert ist.
- Presstuftdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsrohr (80) mit einem Pressluftseitigen Bund versehen ist. der nach seinem Einschieben in die Schlauchtülle (70) ein ungewolltes Lösen des Verlängerungsrohrs verhindert, andererseits aber, bei stärkerer Krafteinwirkung, ein Lösen von der Schlauchtülle erlaubt.
