Claims (13)
- Klemmeneinrichtung (1) mit mindestens einer Verbindungsklemme (2) zum beidseitigen Anschließen und Durchverbinden von elektrischen Leitungen, bestehend aus einem Isolierteil (4) aus Kunststoff mit mindestens zwei gegenüber liegenden Leitungsöffnungen (6, 6a) und mindestens einem innerhalb des Isolierteils (4) in einer Klemmenkammer (8) sitzenden metallischen Klemmkörper (10) zum einseitigen Steckverbinden und anderseitigen Steck- oder Schraubverbinden der durch die Leitungsöffnungen (6, 6a) einzuführenden Leitungen, wobei jede Steckverbindung mittels einer Klemmfeder-Kontaktierung erfolgt und mindestens eine Steckverbindung mittels einer äußeren Lösetaste (12) lösbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierteil (4) zusammen mit der / jeder Lösetaste (12) als einstückiges, in einem schieberfreien Spritzwerkzeug herstellbares Spritzguß-Formteil (16) ausgebildet ist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil (16) in seiner Entformrichtung (18) bzw. in Öffnungsrichtung zweier Formhälften des Spritzwerkzeuges gesehen derart hinterschneidungsfrei ausgebildet ist, dass es durch einfaches Öffnen der Formhälften in der jeweiligen Öffnungsrichtung entformbar ist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die / jede Lösetaste (12) über ein Filmscharnier (20) derart schwenkbar mit dem Isolierteil (4) verbunden ist, dass sie aus einer zu der Entformrichtung (18) senkrechten Spritzstellung um etwa 90 ° in eine Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkbar ist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die / jede Lösetaste (12) einen Lösefortsatz (22) aufweist, der in der Spritzstellung etwa in Entformrichtung (18) weist und in der Gebrauchsstellung durch eine Öffnung (24) des Isolierteils (4) in die Klemmenkammer (8) zum lösenden Einwirken auf die zugehörige Steckverbindung des Klemmkörpers (10) eingreift. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer der beiden Verbindungsseiten die Leitungsöffnungen (6, 6a) in einem in das Isolierteil (4) einsteckbaren Einsatzteil (30) gebildet sind. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingesteckte und vorzugsweise über Rastmittel (32) fixierte Einsatzteil (30) die/jede Klemmenkammer (8) auf der Seite einer zum Einsetzen des Klemmkörpers (10) in Entformrichtung weisenden Montageöffnung (38) deckelartig verschließt. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (30) mit dem Isolierteil (4) einstückig über ein insbesondere flexibles, längliches Verbindungselement (40) verbunden ist, so dass auch das Einsatzteil (30) einstückiger Bestandteil des Spritzguß-Formteils (16) ist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzteil (30) aus einer mit geradlinig ausgerichtetem Verbindungselement (40) neben dem Isolierteil (4) angeordneten Spritzstellung unter Biegeverformung des Verbindungselementes (40) um etwa 180 ° in das Isolierteil (4) einsetzbar bzw. eingesetzt ist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die / jede Lösetaste (12) über das Filmscharnier (20) in der Nähe der der zugehörigen Steckverbindung gegenüber liegenden Verbindungsseite mit dem Isolierteil (4) verbunden ist, wobei die Lösetaste (12) eine Durchgangsöffnung (26) für ein Betätigungswerkzeug zum Betätigen der gegenüber liegenden Steck- oder Schraubverbindung aufweist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle einer gegenüber liegenden Schraubverbindung die Lösetaste (12) im Bereich ihrer als Langloch ausgebildeten Durchgangsöffnung (26) einen schachtartigen Führungsansatz (28) zum Durchführen eines Schraubendrehers aufweist. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich innerhalb des Führungsansatzes (28) Rückhaltemittel zum unverlierbaren Halten einer Klemmschraube (14) vorgesehen sind. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lsolierteil (4) auf der die Lösetaste (12) aufweisenden Oberseite und im an die Öffnungsseite (38) der Klemmenkammern (8) angrenzenden Bereich von einer ersten Wandung (42) begrenzt wird, die im Bereich des Filmscharniers (20) über eine abfallende Stufe in eine zweite, die Öffnung (24) für den Lösefortsatz (22) aufweisende Wandung (44) übergeht. - Klemmeneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Verbindungsklemmen (2) mit einem gemeinsamen Isolierteil (4) in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
