Claims (13)
- Stützfuß für Pfosten von beliebigen Holz- oder Stahlbauten zum Festlegen an oder in einem Fundament, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte (1) mit Befestigungslöchern (2) und einem aufgeschweißten Standrohr (3) mit durchgehender Spindel (10) mit Kontermutter (11), Bundmutter (6) und beliebigen Aufsätzen für die Pfostenbefestigung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standrohr (3) an der Kopfseite (4) umgeformt ist und einen Innenanschlag (5) von ca. 45° aufweist, wobei sich unter dem Innenanschlag (5) ein elastomeres Bremselement (8), die Bundmutter (6) mit Schlüsselweite (7) sowie ein in das Standrohr (3) eingepreßtes Distanzrohr (9) zur Aufnahme der Druckkräfte befindet, um die durchgehende Spindel (10) mit Kontermutter (11) und einem weiteren elastomeren Bremselement (12) aufzunehmen, um mit der Kontermutter die Höheneinstellung der den Befestigungsaufsatz aufnehmenden Spindel (10) kraftschlüssig zu kontern sowie das Verkleidungsrohr (16) bei stufenloser Höhenverstellung (A-B) festzuhalten.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsaufsatz als auf die Spindel (10) aufsetzbare Kopfplatte (13) mit Befestigungswinkeln (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsaufsatz als durchgehende Spindel (21) durch die Kopfplatte (22) mit der Schweißmutter (23) ausgebildet ist und das herausragende Spindelstück (24) mit Gewinde (25) zur Befestigung an einem Pfosten durch das Einsetzen einer Spezialmutter (26) an der Oberseite benutzt wird.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durchgehende Spindel (10) am oberen Ende einen Bolzenkopf (36) aufweist und in einem Spezialgewinderohr (29) und die Bundmutter (30) für die Montage zugleich als Aufnahme für den Stützfuß dient und mit der Aufnahmescheibe (27) fest verschweißt ist.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsaufsatz aus einem Spreizrohr (37) besteht, das an der Kopfseite acht angespitzte Widerhaken (38) aufweist, wobei die Widerhaken nach innen auf einen bestimmten Durchmesser gedrückt sind und die angespitzten Widerhaken den Außendurchmesser des Spreizrohrs nicht überschreiten dürfen.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angespitzten Widerhaken (3) im eingebogenen Zustand einen Neigungswinkel von ca. 60° nach unten aufweisen.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (39) auf das Spreizrohr aufgeschweißt ist und mit dieser eine Baueinheit bildet, wobei die Scheibe in der Mitte ein Loch aufweist, das als Aufnahme zur zentrischen Aufschweißung des Spreizrohres und gleichzeitig als Aufnahme für die durchgehende Gewindespindel dient.
- Stützfuß nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5, 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der durchgehenden Gewindespindel (40) ein Spreizkegel (41) angeschweißt ist, wobei das andere Ende der Gewindespindel durch das Spreizrohr hindurchgeführt wird und zur Aufnahme der Kontermutter (42) mit Bremselement (43) dient.
- Stützfuß nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Spreizkegel an der Oberseite vorgesehene Sechskantfläche (44) verhindert, daß sich beim Anziehen der Kontermutter (42) mit Bremselement (43) die Gewindespindel dreht.
- Stützfuß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Standrohr (3) und der Grundplatte (1) ein Schwenklager durch Schweißen angeordnet ist.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenklager aus einer auf die Grundplatte (1) aufgeschweißten Lagerhülse (48) besteht, die über einen Lagerbolzen (47) greift, der über Schenkel (46) mit einem U-Profil (45) verbunden ist, auf das das Standrohr (3) aufgeschweißt ist.
- Stützfuß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite der Kopfplatte (22) ein Bolzen (49) mit einer Querlochverbindung (50) aufgeschweißt ist.
- Stützfuß für Pfosten nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (49) durch ein Rohrteil mit Querlochbohrung ersetzt ist.
