Definitions
- the present invention relates to methods for cleaning solid surfaces, in particular, it is more organic and inorganic for washing off impurities Nature of oil filling equipment of any shape and volume: railway tanks and Tankers, sea tankers, above and underground tanks (petrol pumps), surfaces of Steel structures, etc., as well as contaminated territories, including from the ground.
- the technical problem that is solved by the present invention consists in the development of an economical process for surface cleaning, which a ensures a high degree of cleaning with minimal consumption of detergent.
- the object is achieved in that in the process for cleaning a solid surface, which involves blasting the surface with detergent, as detergent 2 - 10 percent solution of the composition is used, which comes from the cleaned surface forms a film.
- the film prevents evaporation of the remaining impurities and enables fire repair work and other explosive effects Work after surface cleaning without using the degassing and Ventilation equipment under pressure of 4 - 40 at and at a solution temperature of 20 - 90 ° C in two stages, the solution to be supplied towards the surface and the mixture to be discharged - consisting of impurities to be washed out - regulated in such a way that in the first stage an accumulation of the mixture to be formed in the one to be cleaned Container does not exceed a third of the container, in the second stage the accumulation of Mixture completely missing; the mixture "solution - impurities" is the Containers fed and continuously by removing the on the solution surface floating contaminants separated, returning the solution for the Cleaning the surface to the user.
- the object is also achieved in that in the process for cleaning a solid Surface that includes blasting the surface with detergent as Detergent 2 - 10 percent solution of the composition is used, which on the cleaned surface forms a film.
- the film prevents evaporation of the rest Contamination and enables fire repair work and other explosive work after surface cleaning without using the Degassing and ventilation equipment under pressure of 4 - 40 at and at Solution temperature of 20 - 90 ° C, the mixture "solution - impurities" will Collection containers fed and continuously by removing the on the solution surface floating contaminants separated, returning the solution for the Cleaning the surface to the user.
- the collecting container the air through the openings of the pipe part arranged in the lower part of the container is supplied under pressure of 0.1 - 5.0 at.
- the method is implemented in the following way.
- the container with the pure solution Composition of the above Composition diluted in water to a concentration of 2-10% and with the help of floor steam registers or electric heaters up to a maximum temperature of 90 ° C heated.
- the solution obtained is from the lower part of the container with the pure solution dissipated and fed to the high-pressure washing devices which are to be washed off Containers are arranged.
- the Contamination with the solution The mixture of the solution and the impurities becomes self-running from the container to be washed - if the container is an underflow has - figured, or it is removed from the washable container by technological Pumped out openings in the washable container itself.
- washing is done in two Stages, the volume of the solution supply to the surface and the discharge the mixture "solution - washed-off impurities" regulated in such a way, that in the first stage the process is implemented in the following way.
- the composition of the composition described in water until diluted to a concentration of 2 - 10% and with the help of floor steam registers accumulation of mixture forming in the container to be cleaned a third of the container volume does not exceed, in the second stage the accumulation is completely absent.
- the mixture "solution - Contamination is fed to the collection container, where there is a continuous removal of the Contamination from the solution surface occurs through a bypass valve located on the Liquid level is installed in the reservoir.
- the impurities removed represent a pure product, which expediently without additional processing can be applied.
- the collecting container can also through the openings in the lower part of the collecting container arranged piping the air can be fed under pressure of 0.1 - 5 at Air bubbles speed up the process of washing out the contaminants on the Surface, it accumulates between the upper limit of the solution surface and the lower limit of the contaminant layer to form an air cushion that the Form a clear boundary between the solution and the washed off Impurities favored. This facilitates their collection and leads to a reduction the moisture content in the washed-off impurities - the target product - and as Consequence of the considerable decrease in the losses of the detergent solution when the washed product.
- the collection container is connected to the container by pipeline connected to the pure solution at the level below the middle of the height of the two containers, to drain the solution from the collection container into the container with the pure solution ge.
- the first and second stages of washing up are each within 10-30 Minutes with a break of 5-10 minutes.
- the liquid to be washed off is a natural one Well ventilated until the solution residues on the walls of the container dry completely. After drying, the solution forms a microscopic film on the whole washed surface, which prevents evaporation of the contaminant residues, if these are explosive.
- the solution from the collection container is replaced by a Connection pipe returned to the tank with the pure solution, from where it pumped out and fed back to the washing devices, resulting in a closed Duty cycle without interrupting the separation of the mixture "solution - impurities" guaranteed.
- the procedure is as follows realized.
- the object to be washed is placed above the collecting container, which is the Function of a technological tub.
- the solution stream that passes through manually written washing devices is generated, the surface to be processed fed.
- the mixture of the solution with the washed off Impurities are pumped out into the collection container, where there is a continuous removal of the Impurities for their supply to the user and the return of the solution in the washing up process takes place.
- the solution is prepared in the container with the pure solution by dissolving the composition in water to the appropriate concentration.
- the volume of this container is 25 m 3 .
- the solution, heated to 35-40 ° C., is passed through washing devices under pressure of 8 at into the container to be cleaned in two stages, in the first stage within 10 minutes the rate of discharge of the mixture "solution - impurities" at the constant feed rate of 36 m 3 / hour is regulated so that an accumulation in the container to be washed off the mixture "solution - impurities", which exceeds a third of the container volume, is prevented.
- any accumulation of the mixture in the container is also excluded within 10 minutes.
- the container becomes completely empty within 20 minutes.
- the air under pressure of 0.5 at. Is fed to the collecting container via an air pipe.
- the diesel fuel removed from the surface of the solution in the collection container is supplied to the customer while the solution is returned to the container with the pure solution.
- the concentration of diesel fuel does not exceed 0.25 mg / l.
- the solution heated to 60 ° C is washed by washing devices under pressure of 16 at. guided with the implementation of the method as described in Example 1. Is in 3 hours the container is fully washed.
- a 4.0 percent water solution with the following composition is used to clean intermediate floor tanks of the "river - lake” type petroleum tankers with a volume of 10 m 3 each from the mud contaminated with mazut, Mass. %: Natriumalkylbensolsulfonat 5.0 Neonol 2.0 polyethylene glycol 7.0 Sodium carbonate and / or sodium bicarbonate 86.0
- the solution heated to 80 ° C., is passed through water devices under pressure of 10 at. At the volume speed of the pump 20-25 m 3 / hour with the implementation of the method as described in Example 1.
- the container is fully washed in 1 hour.
- the wheelset is placed above the collecting container.
- the solution jet which has been heated to 90 ° C., is fed to the surface to be processed by hand-operated washing devices, while the solution with the washed-off impurities reaches the collecting container, as described in Example 1.
- the washed-off lubricant is made available to the consumer.
- the wash solution is recycled for reuse.
- Unique properties of the washing composition which ensure an instantaneous exfoliation of the mixture "solution - impurities" on the solution surface in the collecting container, in connection with the cyclical application of the solution in the form of a jet, make it possible to use this solution in the volume that corresponds to that of the impurities on the surface to be cleaned.
- the time for washing a cistern is reduced to 30-60 minutes, and a pure petroleum product is obtained, which can be used expediently without additional processing, because the absence of contaminated water and the water-oil emulsion eliminate the need for time-consuming To use cleaning systems.
