Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Be- bzw. Entladen von Werkstücken, umfassend wenigstens ein im wesentlichen horizontal verfahrbares Element (1) sowie wenigstens ein im wesentlichen vertikal verfahrbares Element (18, 19, 20) sowie wenigstens ein Element (14) zur Aufnahme von Werkstücken.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- bzw. Entladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das horizontal verfahrbare Element (1) wenigstens eine Antriebseinheit (2,3) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das horizontal verfahrbare Element (1) wenigstens zwei Riemen (4,5) aufweist, die jeweils mit einer Antriebseinheit (2,3) und dem Element (14) zur Aufnaghme von Werkstücken kommunizieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Riemen (4,5) mittels eines Riemenschlosses öffen- und schließbar ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das horizontal verfahrbare Element (1) wenigstens eine Spannrolle (6,7,8) je Riemen (4,5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemen (4,5) mittels einer begrenzt auslenkbaren Brücke verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das horizontal verfahrbare Element (1) wenigstens eine Führung (9,10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das horizontal verfahrbare Element (1) wenigstens einen Puffer (16) aufweist, um bei Fehlfunktionen Schäden zu verhindern.
- Vorrichtung zum Be- und Entladen, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vertikal verfahrbare Element wenigstens eine Sicherheitsbremse (17), wenigstens einen Motor (18) und/oder wenigstens eine Spindel (19) und/oder wenigstens eine Führung (20) aufweist.
- Transferpresse mit die Umsetzbewegung auf die Werkstücke übertragenden Vorrichtung zum Be- bzw. Entladen, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1.
