Abstract
Description
- einem Transportmittel, mit dem die Etiketten über die zu etikettierenden Waren plaziert werden,
- einem vertikal verschiebbaren Anpressmittel, mit dem die Etiketten auf die zu etikettierenden Waren gedrückt werden,
- einem Mittel, mit dem das Anpressmittel vertikal verschoben wird,
- einem Motor mit Rechts- und Linkslauf und
- einem Antriebsmittel, das die Antriebsleistung des Motors auf das Transportmittel und das Mittel, mit dem das Anpressmittel vertikal verschoben wird, überträgt,
- einem Transportmittel, mit dem die Etiketten über die zu etikettierenden Waren plaziert werden,
- einem vertikal verschiebbaren Anpressmittel, mit dem die Etiketten auf die zu etikettierenden Waren gedrückt werden,
- einem Mittel, mit dem das Anpressmittel vertikal verschoben wird,
- einem Motor mit Rechts- und Linkslauf und
- einem Antriebsmittel, das die Antriebsleistung des Motors auf das Transportmittel und das Mittel, mit dem das Anpressmittel vertikal verschoben wird, überträgt,

Claims (12)
- Absetzkasten (1) eines Etikettiergerätes mit:einem Transportmittel (2), mit dem die Etiketten über die zu etikettierenden Waren plaziert werden,einem vertikal verschiebbaren Anpressmittel (3), mit dem die Etiketten auf die zu etikettierenden Waren gedrückt werden,einem Mittel (4), mit dem das Anpressmittel (3) vertikal verschoben wird,einem Motor (5) mit Rechts- und Linkslauf undeinem Antriebsmittel (6), das die Antriebsleistung des Motors auf das Transportmittel (2) und das Mittel (4) überträgt,
- Absetzkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel (6) ein Zahnriemen oder eine Kette ist.
- Absetzkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Anpressmittel (3) eine Rückstellfeder (7) angebracht ist.
- Absetzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportmittel (2) mehrere Transportriemen sind, die mit einem Abstand von 2-10 mm zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Absetzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpressmittel (3) eine vertikale Führung aufweist.
- Absetzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (4) eine Nocke ist.
- Absetzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpressmittel (3) eine Anpressplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 10 ist.
- Absetzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor ein vorzugsweise computergesteuerter Schrittmotor ist.
- Anpressplatte mit mehreren daran befestigten, relativ zu dieser verschiebbaren Stempeln (10).
- Anpressplatte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (10) federnd gelagert sind.
- Verfahren zur Befestigung von Etiketten auf den zu etikettierenden Waren mit einem Absetzkasten gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer Abfolge der folgenden Schritte besteht:1. Positionierung der Etiketten mit dem von dem Motor (5) angetriebenen Transportmittel (2) über den zu etikettierenden Waren,2. Umkehrung der Laufrichtung des Antriebsmittels (6) bis das Mittel (4) das Anpressmittel (3) von seiner oberen Ausgangsstellung (8) in seine untere Endstellung (9) verschoben hat und gleichzeitigem Anpressen der Etiketten auf den zu etikettierenden Waren und3. erneute Umkehrung der Laufrichtung des Antriebsmittels (6) zur Rückstellung des Mittel (4) und damit des Anpressmittels (3) in seine Ausgangsstellung (8).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportmittel (2) zwischen den Verfahrensschritten 1. und 2. und/oder zwischen den Verfahrensschritten 2. und 3. kurzzeitig gestoppt wird.
