Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour le conditionnement de produits de tabac fractionnés par chauffage et humidification à la vapeur d'eau, dans lequel
    a) les produits de tabac fractionnés tombent librement vers le bas à travers une chambre fonctionnant en passage en continu et
    b) sont soumis à de la vapeur d'eau, pendant le mouvement de chute, par l'intermédiaire de buses, caractérisé en ce
    c) qu'une pression suratmosphérique, en particulier une pression absolue de plus d'1 bar, est maintenue dans la chambre (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une pression absolue de 2 à 10 bar est maintenue dans la chambre (3).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que de la vapeur saturée est introduite dans la chambre (3) au travers des buses (2).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que de la vapeur saturée ou de la vapeur surchauffée est introduite dans la chambre (3) avec une température dans la plage de 100° C à 200° C.
  5. Dispositif pour le conditionnement de produits de tabac fractionnés par chauffage et humidification à la vapeur d'eau,
    a) avec une chambre, dans laquelle les produits de tabac fractionnés tombent librement vers le bas,
    b) avec respectivement une écluse à roue cellulaire à l'entrée supérieure et à la sortie inférieure de la chambre et
    c) avec des buses pour soumettre à de la vapeur d'eau des produits de tabac fractionnés, tombant librement, caractérisé en ce que
    d) les deux écluses à roue cellulaire (1, 4) sont constituées en tant qu'écluses résistant aux différences de pression,
    e) de sorte qu'une pression suratmosphérique, d'en particulier plus d'1 bar, est maintenue dans la chambre (3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les buses (2) sont constituées en tant que buses annulaires.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les buses annulaires (2) sont disposées à fleur avec la surface intérieure de la chambre (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le sens d'écoulement des buses (2) est incliné vers le bas.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le sens d'écoulement des buses (2) est orienté, vu dans un plan horizontal, suivant un angle d'approximativement 90° par rapport au sens périphérique de la paroi de la chambre (3).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (3) est munie d'une chemise de chauffage (6).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la chemise de chauffage (6) est chauffée avec de la vapeur.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (3) s'élargit vers le bas de manière approximativement tronconique.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'écluse à roue cellulaire inférieure (4), constituée en tant qu'écluse d'évacuation, a un volume aspiré un peu supérieur à celui de l'écluse à roue cellulaire supérieure (1), constituée en tant qu'écluse d'alimentation.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un séchoir à écoulement d'air (5) est raccordé à l'écluse à roue cellulaire inférieure (4).
