Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung, die es ermöglicht, die Öffnung und Aufteilung eines Filamentbündels bei der Herstellung einer Vliesbahn nach folgender Technik zu gewährleisten, darin bestehend:
    ein organisches geschmolzenes Polymer durch eine Ziehdüse, durch die Löcher gebohrt sind, zu extrudieren, um ein Bündel oder einen Vorhang von Filamenten zu bilden;
    dann die extrudierten Filamente durch Ziehen mittels einer oder mehrerer Fluidstrahlvorrichtungen (5) auszurichten;
    und schließlich das Filamentbündel in Form einer Bahn auf einem beweglichen Aufnahmeband aufzunehmen, unter dem eine Ansaugquelle angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie von einer Einheit (6) gebildet ist, die stromabwärts zu dem Ausgang der Zieheinheit (5) und von letzter getrennt angeordnet ist, wobei die Einheit in der Nähe des Ausgangs des Ziehschlitzes (F) angeordnet einen Verteiler (10) umfasst, der eine Eingangszone (13) in Form einer konvergierenden Zone umfasst, die sich über die gesamte Anlagenbreite gegenüber dem Ausgang des Ziehschlitzes (F) zur Herstellung der Bahn erstreckt und durch eine divergierende Zone (15) verlängert ist, wobei die Einheit mit einer Rampe (11) verbunden ist, die die Filamente vor der Aufnahme auf der Aufnahmebahn (7) elektrostatisch auflädt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteiler (10) eine Eingangszone (13) in Form einer konvergierenden Zone umfasst, die mit zwei Wänden (15) der divergierenden Zone durch einen geradlinigen Schlitz (20) verbunden ist, wobei die Rampe (11), die die Filamente elektrostatisch auflädt, auf Höhe des geradlinigen Schlitzes direkt stromaufwärts zu der divergierenden Zone (15) befestigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Luftzug durch Venturi-Effekt zwischen den gegenüber liegenden Flächen des Ausgangs des Ziehschlitzes (5) und des Eingangs der Verteilereinheit (6) hergestellt wird, der einen Luftstrom gegen die Wände (15) der divergierenden Zone erzeugt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lufteinspritzung unter einem Druck von weniger als 1 bar zwischen den gegenüber liegenden Flächen des Ausgangs des Ziehschlitzes (5) und des Eingangs der Verteilereinheit (6) hergestellt wird.
