Description

Distributeur à poche souple visible.
La présente invention concerne un distributeur de produit fluide comprenant une poche souple contenant ledit produit fluide, un organe de distribution, tel qu'une pompe pour prélever du produit dans la poche souple et une coque avantageusement rigide, dans laquelle la poche souple est installée. Ce genre de distributeur trouve une application privilégiée dans le domaine de cosmétique pour la distribution de crèmes sensibles, notamment par exposition à l'atmosphère. En effet, utilisation d'une poche souple accompagnée d'une pompe sans reprise d'air permet de mamtenir le produit fluide hors du contact de l'air ambiant et éviter ainsi toute oxydation ou détérioration. Dans le domaine des produits ménagers ou d'entretien, il est connu d'utiliser de telles poches souples disposées dans une coque définissant deux parties de coques articulées l'une sur l'autre. Par exemple, on peut citer le document EP-0 447 687, dans lequel une recharge de produit sous la forme d'une poche souple montée sur un support de poche est maintenue par le support de poche entre deux parties de coque qui, une fois assemblées, forment une coque rigide. Pour maintenir les deux parties de coque ensemble, il est prévu une bague de fixation qui permet de monter une pompe sur la coque et la poche souple. Le document US-5474212 donne un autre exemple de distributeur rechargeable à l'usage de produits ménagers ou d'entretien ; dans ces distributeurs rechargeables, le but est de pouvoir facilement remplacer une poche souple par une autre poche souple. Le côté esthétique de tels distributeurs n'est qu'un aspect secondaire, étant donné que ce genre de produits est vendu au plus bas prix.
Dans le domaine de la cosmétique ou de parfumerie, l'aspect esthétique est un aspect important du produit. D'autre part, il ne s'agit pas de distributeurs rechargeables, mais au contraire jetables une fois vides. La poche souple ne doit donc pas pouvoir être extraite de la coque rigide. Le but de la présente invention est de définir un distributeur de produit fluide dans le domaine de la cosmétique ou de la parfumerie dont on a tiré profit de la poche souple pour conférer un aspect esthétique au distributeur.
Pour ce faire, la présente invention propose un distributeur de produit fluide tel que défini dans la revendication 1. Avantageusement, les deux parties de coque sont formées avec une fenêtre de sorte que la coque se présente sous la forme d'un cadre ou carcan dans lequel la poche est maintenue.
De préférence, la poche souple définit un fond maintenu entre les deux parties de coque.
On se sert donc de la coque avec ses deux parties de cadre pour maintenir la poche souple à son extrémité supérieure définissant l'ouverture 31 qui est fixée sur le support de poche 2 et à son extrémité inférieure ou fond 33. Selon une forme de réalisation, les parties de coque forment des moyens de retenue coopérant avec des trous de fixation prévus au niveau du fond de la poche. Le fond de la poche est donc maintenu sensiblement fixement entre les parties de coque dès leur assemblage. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la poche définit deux bords latéraux disposés sans fixation ou maintien entre les deux parties de coque, de sorte que les bords latéraux peuvent pénétrer plus ou moins profondément entre des montants latéraux des parties de coque. En effet, la largeur de la poche souple varie en fonction de son état de remplissage : il est donc aisément compréhensible que les bords latéraux de la poche s'éloignent à mesure que la poche se vide et donc s'aplatit. En revanche, sa dimension en hauteur, c'est-à-dire entre son ouverture et son fond, ne varie pratiquement pas et il est donc possible de la maintenir entre ses deux extrémités à l'intérieur des parties de coque.
Pour l'assemblage des deux parties de coque, il est prévu des moyens d'assemblage avantageusement, sous la forme de connexions mâle-femelle.
Selon une forme de réalisation pratique, l'ouverture de la poche est fixée sur un support de poche maintenu entre les deux parties de coque. La poche souple est donc maintenue au niveau de son ouverture par le support de poche coincé entre les deux parties de coque. N l'extrémité opposée, définissant le fond de la poche, cette dernière est également maintenue.
Selon une forme de réalisation pratique, l'organe de distribution est fixé sur le support de poche au moyen d'une bague encliquetée sur le support de poche et verrouillant ensemble les deux parties de coque au niveau de l'ouverture.
La présente invention sera maintenant plus amplement décrite en référence à la figure unique donnant à titre d'exemple non limitatif un mode de réalisation de l'invention. La figure unique est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un distributeur de produit fluide selon l'invention.
Le distributeur comprend une poche souple 3 définissant une ouverture 31, des bords latéraux 32 et un fond 33. La poche peut être réalisée à partir d'un film complexe soudé ensemble au niveau des bords 32 et du fond 33, l'ouverture 31 permettant un accès à l'intérieur de la poche. Dans cette forme de réalisation, l'ouverture 31 de la poche 3 est soudée sur un support de poche 2 définissant un appendice de soudage 21 et un manchon de fixation par encliquetage 22. Un organe de distribution 5, qui peut être une pompe, est fixé sur le manchon 22 à l'aide d'une bague 4 définissant une couronne d' encliquetage destinée à être montée sur le manchon 22. Le support 2 définit en outre un plateau 20 qui sert à la fixation à l'intérieur de la coque.
Selon l'invention, la poche 3 est disposée à l'intérieur d'une coque sensiblement rigide formée par deux parties de coque 11 et 12 destinées à être assemblées le long d'une ligne de raccordement qui passe à travers une ouverture 13 définie par la coque. Pour le maintien de la poche 3 à l'intérieur des deux parties de coque 11 et 12, on se sert du plateau 20 défini par le support de poche qui est maintenu par coincement entre les deux parties de coques 11 et 12. Une fois assemblé, le manchon d' encliquetage 22 du support de poche 2 fait saillie à travers l'ouverture et il est donc possible de venir encliqueter la bague 4 sur le manchon 22. Avantageusement, la bague de fixation 4 comprend une couronne de maintien qui coopère avec le bord de l'ouverture 13 de manière à verrouiller ensemble les deux parties de coque 11 et 12 au niveau de l'ouverture 13.
La poche souple 3 est donc maintenue entre les deux parties de coque 11 et 12 par maintien de son support de poche 2 entre les deux parties de coques. Selon l'invention, au moins une des deux parties de coques 11 et 12 est formée avec une fenêtre 115, 125 au travers de laquelle la poche souple 3 est visible. Une telle fenêtre peut être formée sur les deux parties de coque 11 et 12 comme représenté sur la figure unique. Dans ce cas, les deux parties de coque forment ensemble un cadre ou carcan dans laquelle la poche souple 3 est maintenue. Les bords latéraux 32 et le fond 33 peuvent être disposés entre les deux parties de cadre 11 et 12, respectivement entre les montants latéraux 110 et 120, et entre le fond 111, 121. Selon l'invention, le fond 33 de la poche souple 3 est maintenu entre les deux parties de fond 111 et 121. Les deux parties de coque 11 et 12 ont par conséquent une fonction de maintien du fond 33 de la poche en plus de la fonction de maintien du plateau 20 du support de poche 2. La poche souple est donc maintenue dans les parties de coque 11 et 12 au niveau de son extrémité supérieure définissant l'ouverture 31 et de son extrémité inférieure définissant le fond 33. Dans une forme de réalisation, le fond 33 de la poche peut être formé avec deux trous de passage 34. D'autre part, les deux parties de coque 11 et 12 peuvent définir au niveau de leur fond respectif 111 et 121 des moyens de retenue 124, par exemple sous la forme de tétons coopérant avec des picots qui passent à travers les trous 34. On peut bien entendu imaginer toute sorte de moyens de retenue pour le fond 33 de la poche entre les parties de fond 111 et 121 de la coque. Le fond 33 est donc maintenu sensiblement fixement au niveau du fond 33, alors que les bords latéraux 32 sont simplement disposés entre les montants 110 et 120 des parties de coque 11 et 12 sans fixation, sans retenue, c'est-à-dire que les bords latéraux 32 peuvent pénétrer plus ou moins profondément entre les montants 110 et 120 à mesure que la poche se vide.
Pour l'assemblage des deux parties de coque 11 et 12 ensemble au niveau de leur fond respectif 111, 121, il peut être prévu des moyens d'assemblage 122, 123, par exemple sous la forme de téton 123 coopérant avec un oeil 122. Chaque partie de coque
11 et 12 peut être formée avec un œil et un téton destinés à coopérer avec un téton et un œil formés sur l'autre partie de coque. Par conséquent, les deux parties de coque 11 et
12 peuvent être parfaitement identiques.
Pour réaliser une fixation définitive des deux parties de coques ensemble, il n'est pas exclu que l'on procède à une opération de soudage au niveau de la Ugne de raccordement.
Grâce à l'invention, la poche souple 3 est visible sur une ou les deux faces tout en garantissant une préhension tout à fait commode du distributeur au niveau de sa coque. La poche 3 souple présente tout de même un certain maintien, étant donné qu'elle est maintenue par ses deux extrémités.

Claims

Revendications :
1.- Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant : une poche souple (3) contenant le produit fluide et pourvue d'une ouverture (31), un organe de distribution (5), tel qu'une pompe, pour prélever du produit contenu dans la poche souple à travers l'ouverture (31), une coque (11, 12) entourant la poche (3) et pourvue d'une ouverture (13) coïncidant avec celle (31) de la poche, la coque étant réalisée en deux parties (11, 12) assemblées l'une à l'autre le long d'une ligne de raccordement (14) passant à travers l'ouverture (13) de la coque de sorte que chaque partie de coque forme une partie de l'ouverture de la coque, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de coque (11, 12) est formée avec une fenêtre (115, 125) au travers de laquelle la poche souple est visible.
2.- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les deux parties (11, 12) de coque sont formées avec une fenêtre (115, 125) de sorte que la coque se présente sous la forme d'un cadre ou carcan dans lequel la poche est maintenue.
3.- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la poche souple (3) définit un fond (33) maintenu entre les deux parties de coque (11, 12).
4.- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les parties de coque (11, 12) forme des moyens de retenue (124) coopérant avec des trous de fixation (34) prévus au niveau du fond (33) de la poche.
5.- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la poche définit deux bords latéraux (32) disposés sans fixation ou maintien entre les deux parties de coque (11, 12), de sorte que les bords latéraux (32) peuvent pénétrer plus ou moins profondément entre des montants latéraux (110, 120) des parties de coque (11, 12).
6.- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les parties de coque (11, 12) définissent chacune un fond (11, 121) pourvu de moyens d'assemblage.
7.- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture (31) de la poche est fixée sur un support de poche maintenu entre les deux parties de coque (11, 12).
8.- Distributeur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'organe de distribution (5) est fixé sur le support de poche (2) au moyen d'une bague (4) encliquetée sur le support de poche et verrouillant ensemble les deux parties de coque (11, 12) au niveau de l'ouverture (13).
