Claims (7)
- Windungsleger mit Legearm für schnellbewegten Walzdraht, der aus einer, horizontal in zwei beabstandeten, in einem Traggehäuse (TG) angeordneten Lagern (EL; HL) gelagerten, den Drahteinführungsabschnitt (LRE) des Legerohres (LR) aufnehmenden, drehantreibbaren Traghülse (TH) besteht, mit deren, dem Drahteinführabschnitt (LRE) abgewandten Ringstim (RS) frei überhängend ein, den Drahtausführabschnitt (LRA) des Legerohres (LR) aufnehmender Rohrhalter (RH) verbunden ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine, mit dem Traggehäuse (TG) verbundene, zwischen den beiden Lagern (EL und HL) einen Abschnitt der Traghülse (TH) achsradial beaufschlagende Druckvorrichtung (DV). - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckvorrichtung (DV) aus einem, einstellbar, feder-, elektro- oder hydromechanisch bewegten Träger (TR) einer Mehrzahl von Druckrollen (DR) besteht, die auf den zylindrisch geformten Abschnitt (THZ) der Traghülse (TH) auflegbar sind. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckvorrichtung aus einer, den zylindrischen Abschnitt (THZ) der Traghülse (TH) umfassenden, öldruckbeaufschlagbaren geschlossenen Druckbüchse (DB) für den einstellbaren Aufbau eines, etwa vertikal gerichteten hydrostatischen und/oder hydrodynamischen Drucks auf den zylindrischen Abschnitt (THZ) der Traghülse (TH) besteht. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbüchse DB konisch verlaufende Innenwandungen aufweist und auf dem zylindrischen Abschnitt (THZ) der Traghülse (TH) einstellbar axial verschiebbar ist. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckvorrichtung aus einem Magnetlager besteht, dessen Magnete (M) richtungs- und belastungssteuerbar sind. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckvorrichtung (DV) aus einem achsradial druckbeaufschlagbaren Gleitlager besteht. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitlager einstellbar axial verschiebbar ist.
