Claims (15)
- Magnetsystem für ein elektromagnetisches Relais mit mindestens zwei die gesamte Länge einer gemeinsamen Spulenanordnung (18; 22, 23; 59; 84; 90) parallel durchsetzenden, magnetisch getrennten Eisenteilen (15, 16; 20, 21; 61, 62; 85, 86; 91, 91') deren jedes Teil eines eigenen Magnetkreises zur Betätigung eines in diesem liegenden Ankers (34, 37; 70, 70'; 80, 80', 81, 81'; 95, 95') zum Antrieb eines zugehörigen Kontaktsystems ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (s) zwischen den Eisenteilen (15, 16; 20, 21; 61, 62; 85, 86; 91, 91') im Innern der Spulenanordnung (18; 22, 23; 59; 84; 90) wesentlich kleiner ist als die größte Querschnittsabmessung jedes Eisenteils. - Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eisenteile (15, 16; 20, 21; 61, 62; 85, 86; 91, 91') so gestaltet und relativ zueinander angeordnet sind, daß das Verhältnis aus ihrem Gesamtumfang zu ihrer Gesamtfläche möglichst klein ist.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 2, wobei der von den Eisenteilen (15', 16'; 91, 91') einschließlich der dazwischen vorhandenen Abstände (s) bestimmte Gesamtquerschnitt im wesentlichen quadratisch ist.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 2, wobei der von den Eisenteilen (15", 16"; 85, 86) einschließlich der dazwischen vorhandenen Abstände (s) bestimmte Gesamtquerschnitt im wesentlichen kreisförmig ist.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die von der Achse der Spulenanordnung (59; 84; 90) und dem jeweiligen Anker (70, 70'; 80, 80', 81, 81'; 95, 95') definierten Magnetkreisebenen im wesentlichen gleichwinklig um die Achse verteilt sind.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder Magnetkreis einen Dauermagnet (46...49; 73, 73'; 83; 94, 94') enthält.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 6, wobei jeder Anker (34, 37; 70, 70'; 80, 80', 81, 81') im wesentlichen H-förmig gestaltet ist, um eine zur Achse der Spulenanordnung (22, 23; 59; 84) senkrechte Lagerachse schwenkbar ist und zwei die parallelen Schenkel der H-Form bildenden Ankerplatten (44, 45; 71, 72; 82) mit einem dazwischen angeordneten Dauermagnet (46...49; 73, 73'; 83) aufweist.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei zwei Magnetkreise vorhanden und die Lagerachsen der beiden Anker (70, 70') koaxial sind.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Dauermagnete (73, 73') der beiden Anker (70, 70') in entgegengesetzten Richtungen magnetisiert sind.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei jeder Magnetkreis einen zwischen den Enden eines C-förmigen Eisenteils (91, 91') im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Spulenanordnung (90) verlaufenden Dauermagnet (94, 94'), der einen mittleren Pol und an seinen Enden gleichnamige, zu dem mittleren Pol entgegengesetzte Pole aufweist, und einen an einer mittleren Stelle des Dauermagneten schwenkbar gelagerten Anker (95, 95') enthält.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei vier Magnetkreise vorhanden sind, die im wesentlichen in zwei zueinander senkrechten Ebenen verlaufen.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei zwei Magnetkreise vorhanden sind und die Spulenanordnung zwei unabhängig voneinander erregbare Spulen (22, 23) enthält, und wobei die Anker (34, 37) so ausgelegt sind, daß beide Anker nur bei Erregung beider Spulen anziehen.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Anker (34, 37) samt den von ihnen zu betätigenden Kontaktanordnungen unterschiedliche Ansprechempfindlichkeit aufweisen.
- Magnetsystem nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die Spulen (22, 23) zur Erzeugung jeweils gleicher Magnetflüsse ausgelegt sind.
- Magnetsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, wobei mindestens eine der Spulen (22, 23) so ausgelegt ist, daß sie einen beide Anker (34, 37) in ihrer angezogenen Stellung haltenden Magnetfluß erzeugt.
