Claims (9)
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung für ein oder mehrere Spuleinrichtungen (2), die Fadenmaterial zu Spulen (3) wickeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenwechseleinrichtung (1) jeweils einen stationär an der Spuleinrichtung (2) angeordneten Hubdoffer (4) mit einem Spulenwechsler (15) und eine im Bereich der Spuleinrichtung(en) (2) hochliegend angeordnete Transporteinrichtung (5) für die Spulen (3) aufweist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubdoffer (4) eine neben dem Zugangsbereich (9) der Spuleinrichtung (2) angeordnete Hubführung (10) mit einem fliegend daran gelagerten Schlitten (12) und einen Hubantrieb (11) aufweist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schlitten (12) zumindest Teile des Spulenwechslers (15) angeordnet sind.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenwechsler (15) eine an der Spuleinrichtung (2) angeordnete Überschiebeeinrichtung (17) zur Spulenübergabe an einen Spulenhalter (18) am Schlitten (15) und eine am Schlitten (15) angeordnete Abschiebevorrichtung (16) zur Spulenabgabe an die Transporteinrichtung (5) aufweist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenwechsler (15) einen am Schlitten (15) angeoraneten Hülsenwechsler (19) und ein Hülsenmagazin (20) für leere Hülsen (21) aufweist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (5) als Monorailsystem ausgebildet ist und eine Förderschiene (22) mit mehreren daran eigenständig verfahrbar gelagerten Transportwagen (23) mit ein oder mehreren Spulenaufnahmen (24) aufweist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Spuleinrichtung (2) eine Sicherungsvorrichtung (6) für ihren Zugangsbereich (9) angeordnet ist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsvorrichtung (6) eine starre Abgrenzung (25) und eine steuerbare Türe (26) aufweist, welche mit dem Hubdoffer (4) gekoppelt ist.
- Spulenwechseleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenwechseleinrichtung (1) mehrere Hubdoffer (4) mit einer gemeinsamen Transporteinrichtung (5) und eine gemeinsame Steuerung (27) aufweist, welche auch mit den Spuleinrichtungen (2) und den Sicherungsvorrichtung (6) verbunden ist.
