Claims (8)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10), insbesondere für die Sensortechnik, mit einem aus Isolierstoff vorgefertigten Kontaktträger (11), in den Kontaktkanäle (17) zur Aufnahme einzelner Kontakte (16) eingearbeitet sind, sowie mit einem fest mit dem Kontaktträger (11) verbundenen Griffkörper (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffkörper (13) einstückig-stoffschlüssiger Bestandteil des vorgefertigten Kontaktträgers (11) ist und Kanäle (27) zum Einstecken isolierter Litzen (14) einer Anschlußleitung (15) aufweist, dass diese Litzenkanäle (27) die Kontaktkanäle (17) im Kontaktträger (11) unter einem Winkel (W) queren und die Kontaktkanäle (17) Kontakte (16) aufnehmen, die rückwärtig mit je wenigstens einer Spitze (31) zum Eindringen in eine Litze (14) versehen sind und von einer unwirksamen Stellung innerhalb des Kontaktkanals (17) in eine Kontaktstellung verschiebbar sind, in der sich die Eindringspitze (31) in der im Litzenkanal (27) bereitgehaltenen Litze (14) befindet.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (W) und die Lage der Litzenkanäle (27) im Griffkörper (13) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass die Eindringspitzen (31) möglichst aller Kontakte in derselben Ebene (N) in die zugehörige Litze (14) eindringen können.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffkörper (13) ein Hülsenabschnitt aufweist, in dessen Hohlraum (19) ein Verschlußorgan einbringbar ist, welches die Leitung (15) bzw. deren Litzen (14) innerhalb des Hülsenbauteils fixiert.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlußorgan von einer thermoplastischen Füllmasse (21) gebildet ist, die mit der Leitung (15) bzw. deren Litzen (14) und dem Hülsenbauteil eine innige Haftverbindung, insbes. Vernetzung, eingeht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Litzen (14) im wesentlichen kraftfrei in die Litzenkanäle einführbar sind und in ihnen mittels der thermoplastischen Füllmasse (21) in bestimmungsgemäßer Position festgelegt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlußorgan zugleich einen Leiter-Knickschutz ausbildet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffkörper (13) einen großquerschnittigen Trichter umfaßt mit zu den Litzenkanälen führenden Leitereinführ-Schrägflächen (20).
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Kontaktträger (11) eine Überwurfmutter (12) gelagert ist, die von der Steckseite des Kontaktträgers (11) her auf diesen aufrastbar ist.
