Claims (8)
- Electrical plug connector (10), particularly for sensor technology, having a contact-carrier (11) which is prefabricated from insulating material and in which contact ducts (17) for receiving individual contacts (16) are incorporated, and also having a handle body (13) which is fixedly connected to the said contact-carrier (11), characterised in that the handle body (13) is a constituent part of the prefabricated contact-carrier (11), the said constituent part being incorporated into the material of the latter in one piece, and has ducts (27) for the slipping-in of insulated stranded wires (14) belonging to a connecting lead (15); and that the said stranded-wire ducts (27) cross the contact ducts (17) in the contact-carrier (11) at an angle (W), and the said contact ducts (17) receive contacts (16) which are provided, at the back, with at least one point (31) in each case for penetrating a stranded wire (14) and are displaceable from an inoperative position inside the contact duct (17) into a contact position in which the penetrating point (31) is located in the stranded wire (14) which is held in readiness in the stranded-wire duct (27).
- Plug connector according to claim 1, characterised in that the angle (W) and the location of the stranded-wire ducts (27) within the handle body (13) are coordinated with one another in such a way that the penetrating points (31) of, as far as possible, all the contacts are able to penetrate the appertaining stranded wire (14) in the same plane (N).
- Plug connector according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the handle body (13) has a sleeve-type section, in the cavity (19) of which it is possible to install a sealing member which fixes the lead (15) or its stranded wires (14) inside the sleeve-type component.
- Plug connector according to claim 3, characterised in that the sealing member is formed by a thermoplastic filling compound (21) which forms an intimate adhesive connection, in particular a cross-linkage, with the lead (15) or its stranded wires (14) and with the sleeve-type component.
- Plug connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the individual stranded wires (14) are capable of being introduced in a substantially force-free manner into the stranded-wire ducts, and are secured in the intended position in the latter by means of the thermoplastic filling compound (21).
- Plug connector according to claim 4, characterised in that the sealing member at the same time constitutes an anti-kinking system for the lead.
- Plug connector according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the handle body (13) comprises a funnel of large cross-section with inclined lead-introducing faces (20) which lead to the stranded-wire ducts.
- Plug connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a cap nut (12), which can be snapped onto the contact-carrier (11) from the plug-in side of the latter, is mounted on the said contact-carrier (11).
