Claims (12)
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil, insbesondere für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden und dergleichen, mit zwei vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Profilen (1,2), die über zwei Einzeldämmleisten (3) miteinander verbunden und im Abstand voneinander gehalten sind, wobei die Einzeldämmleisten (3) mit ihren jeweils als Anschlußleiste (4) ausgebildeten Längsrändern an den Profilen (1,2) angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzeldämmleisten (3) über wenigstens zwei Verbindungsstege (5) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die aufsummierte Gesamtdicke der Einzeldämmleisten (3) sowie aller Verbindungsstege (5) bei Ausrichtung der Verbindungsstege (5) senkrecht zu den Einzeldämmleisten (3) eine Mindestwanddicke von 3,8 mm und bei schräger bzw. gekreuzter Anordnung der Verbindungsstege (5) eine Mindestwanddicke von 1,6 mm nicht unterschreitet.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanddicke der Einzeldämmleisten (3) im Bereich zwischen 0,5 und 1,5 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanddicke der Einzeldämmleisten (3) im Bereich zwischen 0,6 und 1,0 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Aufbau mit zwei Verbindungsstegen (5) deren Wanddicke im Bereich zwischen 0,8 und 2,0 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Aufbau mit zwei Verbindungsstegen (5) deren Wanddicke im Bereich zwischen 1,0 und 1,5 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Aufbau mit drei Verbindungsstegen (5) deren Wanddicke im Bereich zwischen 0,3 und 2,0 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Aufbau mit drei Verbindungsstegen (5) deren Wanddicke im Bereich zwischen 0,8 und 1,5 mm liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (5) senkrecht zu den Einzeldämmleisten (3) ausgerichtet sind.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzeldämmleisten (3) über zwei kreuzförmig angeordnete Verbindungsstege (5) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (6) zwischen dem Metallprofil (1,2) und der Anschlußzone der Verbindungsstege (5) an den Einzeldämmleisten (3) im Bereich zwischen 20% und 40% der Gesamtbauhöhe (7) der Einzeldämmleisten (3) liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (6) zwischen dem Metallprofil (1,2) und der Anschlußzone der Verbindungsstege (5) an den Einzeldämmleisten (3) im Bereich zwischen 25% und 35% der Gesamtbauhöhe (7) der Einzeldämmleisten (3) liegt.
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußleisten (5) über einen jeweils zur benachbarten Einzeldämmleiste (3) weisenden Quersteg (8) mit der Einzeldämmleiste (3) verbunden sind.
