Definitions

  • the application relates to a switching arrangement for switching position lights a watercraft, in particular a sailing vehicle, which has means that both improper management exclude as well as a simultaneous switching on in their Prevent the meaning of mutually exclusive position lights.
  • the invention is of course correspondingly also for machine vehicles applicable.
  • Watercraft basically have at night or when visibility is poor Turn on position lights. Based on the navigation lights, it is for a viewer from a distance can find out if the watercraft lies at anchor whether it is moving, in which direction it is moves and / or whether it runs under engine. Also can provide additional information are conveyed, e.g. about whether the watercraft partially or totally unable to maneuver, whether it is in the case of a fishing vessel Has designed nets or drags them.
  • the position lights include a white top light directed towards the front and a rear-facing, white rear light, as well as two side lights, one red the port side and one green the one Features the starboard side of the watercraft.
  • the latter can also be summarized in a lantern.
  • Furthermore count among the Position lights including a white anchor light, a yellow one Trailing light, sparkling lights and white, red and green all-round lights.
  • a sail vehicle must turn on the sidelights and the taillight at night if it is underway and therefore not at anchor, is still unable to maneuver. If a sailing vehicle up to 20m length does not run under the motor, a three-color lantern can be used instead of these position lights Masttopp can be used.
  • the setting of the top light is of particular importance insofar as it is important for determining right of way rules. So a must Basically, a motor-driven sailing ship is only used for sailing dodge.
  • each of the position lights has a switchable circuit breaker secure individually. This satisfies the regulations e.g. those of Germanischer Lloyd, for water sports vehicles.
  • the object of the invention is a circuit arrangement of the aforementioned Way of creating where an incorrect operation is excluded which enables simplified operation and which the existing Guidelines met.
  • This object is achieved in that the switching arrangement one Multi-way switch, in particular setting switch, with which both the position lights as well as other independent ones to operate the Lights belonging to the vessel can be switched.
  • the toggle switch for the sidelights with a driver be provided, which ensures that the switch for the anchor light is switched off when the side lights are switched on.
  • the function the driver can also be an electrical or electronic Circuit can be taken over.
  • the switch arrangement has a multi-way switch (e.g. setting switch) with at least two Switch positions on.
  • Each switch position corresponds to an operating state of the watercraft, with the multi-way switch in one switching position all to identify a certain operating state necessary position lights switched on and all others Position lights are switched off.
  • the further advantage is achieved that it is no longer necessary to individually secure each position light, but that a single protection of the circuit for all position lights is sufficient because the position lights have one single switch can be powered. It will be in all Usually at least 4 fuses saved.
  • the reusable switch can be located next to an off position a switching position for switching the position lights to indicate that the vessel is in motion. Are in this switch position the side lights and the tail light are switched on in a sailing vehicle. In a machine vehicle, side lights, top and should Tail light must be switched.
  • Switch position for switching the position lights to indicate that the watercraft is running under engine, is provided.
  • this switch position are next to the sidelights and the rear light switched the top light at the same time.
  • the functional lighting can in particular be a Compass lighting, instrument lighting and / or orientation lighting include. In this case it is useful if the functional lighting is supplied via a different circuit than the position lights.
  • the multi-way switch should be a switch position for the circuit the position lights to indicate that the watercraft is at anchor lies. Only the anchor lights are in this switch position switched on while all other position lights are switched off.
  • switch positions for indicating that the watercraft is partially and / or completely unable to maneuver his In this case the sidelights are switched off and - in the case of the partial inability to maneuver - two superimposed red ones All-round lights and a white all-round light in between are switched on, or - in the case of total maneuverability - only two superimposed red rotating lights switched on.
  • the multi-way switch is a rotary switch educated.
  • a rotary switch has a linearly actuated one Lever switch the special advantage that the switching position is not can be changed unintentionally without further ado because of the Switch a torque instead of a directed force must to operate it.
  • the rotary switch can be additional, switchable on train and / or pressure Have switching levels.
  • Such switches are for example in automobiles Known for turning on lights where one Turned the dipped or main beam on and off changing a switch level by pulling the switch the rear fog lamp or fog lights can be operated.
  • you can use the different switch levels additional consumers of the watercraft are switched on, so for example the deck lighting or the cockpit lighting. in this connection For safety reasons, however, care should be taken to ensure that the Changing the switching level does not affect the switching of the Position lights has to prevent accidental switching of the position lights to avoid.
  • the multi-way switch is executed waterproof so that it can be used in the cockpit on deck can.
  • the switching arrangement comprises logic which is automatically dependent the position lights switches from the operating state of the watercraft.
  • Figures 1 to 7 show the circuit diagram of a switching arrangement for a Sailing vehicle with a rotary switch with two switching levels in different Switching positions.
  • Figure 1 shows a circuit diagram for a switching arrangement for switching of position lights of a sailing vehicle with a rotary switch 1 in a switching position 0 in which all position lights are switched off.
  • the Rotary switch 1 has an axially displaceable shaft, not shown, on which a display disc 1a is fixed, that is, the movements of the Follows and is provided with symbols 1b, which the user in obviously shows the possible different vehicle situations.
  • a three-color lantern A 1 , red and green side lights B 1 , B 2 , a white top light B 3 and a white rear light B 4 and an anchor light C 1 can be switched via the switching positions A, B and C via this switching arrangement.
  • the switch position A corresponds to the image of a sail on the display disc 1a of the rotary switch 1, the switch position B with the image of a screw and the switch position C with the image of an anchor.
  • a first level I can be switched by changing the switch from a first level I to a second level II.
  • this can be the deck lighting II 2 .
  • the deck lighting is switched using the same switch, it is connected to a separate circuit just like functional lighting II 1 and is protected by a separate fuse S 2 .
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 that the three-color lantern A 1 is switched on in a first switch position A.
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 show the switching arrangement in switching position B.
  • the three-color lantern A 1 is now switched off.
  • the side lights B 1 , B 2 and the top light B 3 and the rear light B 4 are switched on.
  • the functional lighting II 1 is also switched in this case.
  • the deck lighting is switched off.
