Claims (6)
- Anfahrstrangkopf für eine Metall-, insbesondere eine Stahl-Stranggießvorrichtung, der vor Gießbeginn den Ausgang der Stranggießkokille verschließt, mit einem dem Kokilleninnenraum zugewandten Kupplungsteil, der mit dem gegossenen Strang eine formschlüssige, hakenförmige Verbindung bildet, die nach Verlassen der Stranggießkokille durch eine Kippbewegung des Anfahrstrangkopfes um ein Gelenk des Anfahrstranges entkuppelbar ist, wobei der hakenförmige Kupplungsteil auf der in Strangausziehrichtung wirksamen Seite bogenförmig hinterschnitten ist und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite entgegengesetzt bogenförmig verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für eine Vorprofil-Stranggießkokille (1) der Kupplungsteil (2) zumindest eine Hinterschneidung (9) im Bereich eines Flansches (10) oder eines Eckstoßes eines Strangvorprofils (11) aufweist. - Anfahrstrangkopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Doppel-T-Strangvorprofil (11a) in beiden Flanschen (10) des Strangvorprofils (11) Hinterschneidungen (9) symmetrisch angeordnet sind. - Anfahrstrangkopf nasch einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschneidung (9) jeweils vom Steg (12) des Strangvorprofils (11) parallel beginnend und dann dem Übergang (13) zwischen Steg (12) und Flansch (10) folgend und mit einem bestimmbaren Anteil (14) der Dicke (10a) im Flansch (10) verläuft. - Anfahrstrangkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der wirksamen Seite (7) des hakenförmigen Kupplungsteils (2) eine Flanschwand (15) gebildet ist, deren Wandfläche (15a) sich bis in den Bereich der Hinterschneidung (9) fortsetzt. - Anfahrstrangkopf nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschwand (15) eine Dicke (15b) aufweist, die etwa der halben Dikke (10a) des Flansches (10) im Strangvorprofil (11) entspricht. - Anfahrstrangkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit abnehmender Dicke (12a) des Stegs (12) des Strangvorprofils (11) die Hinterschneidung (9) bzw. die Hinterschneidungen (9) auf den Flansch (10) bzw. auf díe Flansche (10) des Strangvorprofils (11) beschränkt sind.
