Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Kästen (2, 2a), insbesondere solchen für Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Behälter mit wenigstens einer in einem Innen- oder Behandlungsraum (4) gebildeten Förderstrecke (9, 10, 11), auf der die Kästen (2, 2a) zum Behandeln mit einem flüssigen Reinigungsmedium in einer Förderrichtung (A) auf einer Transportebene (TE) bewegt werden, wobei wenigstens ein Aufwärts- oder Wendeförderer (15) vorgesehen ist, in welchem die Kästen (2, 2a) um eine parallel zur Transportebene (TE) und senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (A) verlaufende Achse (31) gewendet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Förderstrecke (9, 10, 11) in Höhe und/oder Breite und/oder im Höhenniveau einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein über der Transportebene angeordnetes, sich in Transportrichtung (A) erstreckendes Führungselement (17, 17a) für die Kästen (2, 2a) an einer der Transportebene abgewandten Seite sowie durch eine erste Verstell- oder Hubvorrichtung (18, 26, 27), mit der der Abstand, den das beispielsweise von einer Führungsschiene gebildete Führungselementes (17) von der Transportebene (TE) aufweist, einstellbar ist, und zwar vorzugsweise von der Außenseite des Gehäuses (3) her.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (A) der wenigstens einen Transportstrecke (11) vorausgehend der Aufwärts- oder Wendeförderer (15) vorgesehen ist, daß am Übergang zwischen dem Aufwärtsförderer (15) und der Transportstrecke (11) eine Kastenführung (32) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens ein, beispielsweise von zumindest einer Gleitschiene (33) gebildetes Gleitelement für die der Transportebene zugewandte Seite der Kästen (2, 2a) bildet, über das die Kästen (2, 2a) vom Aufwärtsförderer (15) auf die Transportebene (TE) der Transportstrecke (11) gleiten und das mit einem Ende zumindest bis an einen Ausgang des Aufwärtsförderers (15) reicht und mit einem anderen Ende im Bereich der Transportstrecke angeordnet ist, und daß das Gleitelement (33) an seinem einen Ende durch eine zweite Verstellvorrichtung (38, 40) gegenüber der Transportebene verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (3) wenigstens zwei Transport- oder Förderstrecken (9, 10, 11) gebildet sind, die über einen von einem Klemmbackenförderer gebildeten Aufwärts-oder Wendeförderer (14, 15) miteinander verbunden sind, dessen Förderbreite durch Verstellen des Abstandes der beiden Elemente (43, 44) des jeweiligen Klemmbackenförderers (14, 15) veränderbar ist, daß eine dritte Verstellvorrichtung (46) vorgesehen ist, mit der seitliche Führungsgeländer (13) zumindest einer der Förderstrecken (10, 11) mit den Elementen des Klemmbackenförderers (43, 44) verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstell- oder Hubvorrichtung (18) wenigstens ein, beispielsweise als Schiene (19) ausgebildetes Hub- oder Schubelement aufweist, welches sich an der der Förderebene abgewandten Seite des Führungselementes (17) erstreckt, daß das Führungselement (17) über wenigstens ein von einer Kette, einem Riemen, einem Seil, einem Band oder dergleichen gebildetes Verbindungsglied (23) an dem Hubelement (19) gehalten ist, daß das Verbindungsglied (23) über ein wenigstens im Gehäuse (3) oder an einem Rahmenelement (20) vorgesehenes Führungselement, beispielsweise über wenigstens eine Rolle (21) derart geführt ist, daß beim Bewegen des Hubelementes (19) in Längsrichtung relativ zu dem wenigstens einen Umlenkelement (21) über das Verbindungsglied (23) das Verstellen des Führungselementes (17) relativ zur Transportebene erfolgt,
wobei das Hubelement (19) beispielsweise in einer Achsrichtung parallel zur Transportrichtung (A) für die Verstellung des Führungselementes (17, 17a) bewegbar ist, und/oder
wobei beispielsweise am Hubelement (19) wenigstens zwei Verbindungsglieder (23) mit einem Ende gehalten sind, die mit ihrem anderen Ende an dem Führungselement (17) befestigt sind und von denen jedes Verbindungsglied (23) über wenigstens ein mit dem Hubelement (19) nicht mitbewegtes Umlenkelement (21) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich jedes Endes des Führungselementes (17) jeweils ein an diesem Führungselement angreifendes Verbindungsglied (23) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hubelement (19) auf dem wenigstens einen Umlenkelement (21) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hubelement (19) zumindest in dem Bereich, in dem es über seinen Verstellhub auf dem Umlenkelement (21) aufliegt, eine zumindest zu diesem Umlenkelement (21) hin offene Ausnehmung besitzt, innerhalb der das eine Ende des Verbindungsgliedes (23) befestigt ist, und/oder
daß das Hubelement (19) einen U- oder C-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt, und/oder daß das wenigstens eine Umlenkelement (21) zumindest eine Ausnehmung, beispielsweise eine nutenförmige Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Verbindungsgliedes (23) und außerhalb der Ausnehmung wenigstens eine Anlagefläche für das Hubelement (19) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Transportstrecke (9, 10, 11) eine horizontale oder in etwa horizontale Transportstrecke ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitelement (33) an seinem einen Ende durch die zweite Verstellvorrichtung (38, 40) zumindest in einer Achsrichtung senkrecht zur Transportebene gegenüber dieser verstellbar ist, und/oder
daß das Gleitelement (33) an seinem anderen Ende um eine Achse senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (A) und parallel zur Transportebene schwenkbar gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Förderrichtung (A) dem Aufwärts- oder Wendeförderer (15) vorausgehend wenigstens eine erste Förderstrecke (10) und dem Aufwärts- oder Wendeförderer (15) in Transportrichtung (A) folgend wenigstens eine zweite Förderstrecke (11) vorgesehen sind, und daß die Verstellvorrichtung (18) für das Führungselement (17, 17a) der ersten Förderstrecke (10) antriebsmäßig mit der Verstellvorrichtung (38, 40) für die Kastenführung (32) verbunden ist, die den Übergang zwischen dem Auslaß des Aufwärts- oder Wendeförderers (15) und der zweiten Transportstrecke (11) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Verstellvorrichtung von einer Hebelanordnung (46) gebildet ist, die beispielsweise aus einem schräg von dem Führungsgeländer (13) über dessen Außenseite wegstehenden ersten Hebel (47), der an einem Ende am Führungsgeländer und am anderen Ende am Gehäuse oder einem Rahmenelement (20) des Gehäuses angelenkt ist, sowie aus einem Steuerhebel (51) besteht, der den ersten Hebel (47) gelenkig mit einem Klemmbackentragrahmen (43) verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsgeländer (13) über wenigstens zwei erste Hebel (47) im Gehäuse bzw. an Rahmenelementen (20) des Gehäuses gehalten ist.
