Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an infusion bag, in particular for tea, which has a head part with folded corners and a folded middle part on which a thread with two free ends is attached, which is from one side of the Headboard through a hole forming one on the other side of the headboard arranged loop is passed through and returned, the two free ends from below through the one placed over the top edge of the infusion bag Loop are pulled through and form a knot by tightening. The The invention further relates to a method for closing at the head end closed corners and subsequently folded middle part closed Infusion bag, especially for tea, preferably by one on the other End the thread to be labeled with two needles.
It is known to seal infusion bags only with a thread. For this purpose, the corners of the infusion bag are first folded over and then folded the middle part over the folded corners, so that a reliable closure of the infusion bag results. This closure is through secured a thread, there are several ways to attach it.
In a known embodiment according to German utility model 296 13 448 is the thread applied to the head part of the infusion bag by means of a separate fastening thread attached. This connection of the thread end with the infusion bag cannot withstand higher loads procedurally complex.
In order to create a simpler thread attachment, it is known from EP 0 807 579 known to provide the folded headboard with two recesses and To arrange the infusion bag next to a tensioned thread in such a way that The height of the recesses runs and one through each of the recesses Catch needle can be passed through, which take up the thread and through the Pull through the recesses with both ends. The free ends of the thread passed through the recesses of the infusion bag attached to the label, for example by welding or tacking. Disadvantageous is that the attachment is loose and therefore unsafe and the possibility there is that the folded areas of the head part unfold, so that the Contents of the infusion bag can fall out or a loss of aroma and freshness can occur.
A thread closure is also known from EP 0 691 268, in which a only hole in the head part of the infusion bag a needle is passed through captured a thread behind it and through the opening to form a Pulls back the loop, which is then used to form a knot. The disadvantage here is that it is not ensured that the folded corners and the middle part of the head part folded over with each other and with the bag the thread connection are detected and connected by the knot formed become. The closure is even with high manufacturing precision when folding, Punching and not sufficiently secure when threading.
The invention has for its object to ensure a secure fixation of the folded parts of an infusion bag with each other and with the bag itself by a thread connection that can be easily attached with little technical effort at high production speed.
The object is inventively achieved in an infusion bag of the type mentioned in that the bag is arranged holes in the head part has two laterally spaced side by side on the left and right of the longitudinal axis, which each extend through a folded-in corner and the center part of the head part that the yarn under Formation of a loop with one end through one hole and with the other end through the second hole that the loop is placed over the top edge of the infusion bag and both ends of the thread from below through the loop to form a double-secured knot are. The loop is preferably formed from cross-over thread parts, a short and a long thread end can be provided, in particular for attaching labels to the long thread end, and wherein to increase the security of the knot the short thread end in the preferred embodiment in the cross-over thread parts the loop is arranged beneath the long thread end against the bag wall. The invention provides a secure fixation of the folded corners and of the middle part folded over them with each other and with the bag, a simplified manufacture resulting from the fact that the comparatively thick and thus difficult to machine central longitudinal seam of conventional bags does not have to be pierced or perforated . The connection itself through the knot is doubly secured against loosening by the spaced two holes and the separate passage of the thread ends, so that even if one thread end should come loose from the loop, the knot through the second thread end and the additional looping thereby provided holds securely.
The procedural solution to the problem of the invention is in further development of the known method mentioned in the introduction characterized in that the end of the thread in a loop over a Recess of a holder is placed that the head part of the infusion bag in the Holder is inserted and the loop of the thread here around the The top edge of the infusion bag places the thread on its free one End and at its long, continuous part by two the folded over Parts penetrating holes in the head part is detected and the free end as well continuous part first in a loop and then completely out of the Infusion bags are pulled out and that the wrapping of the thread finally tightened by train in particular on its continuous part becomes. For grasping the thread, two are preferably below the closed part of the loop needles penetrating the infusion bag used, the holder having guide openings for the needles can. To pull the thread through, it must be on the continuous part be cut off at the latest before the needles are withdrawn. The continuous part forms such a long thread end that for label attachment can be used.
The method according to the invention closes the folded head part of the Infusion bag only with the help of the thread, so it is not on one Guide instructed. The thread is through the needles through the head part of the Infusion bag pulled or pushed, the bracket guide openings contains for the needles. The needles only lead to a simple movement Piercing the head part of the infusion bag so that a simple and faster movement is possible. Punch the headboard beforehand the infusion bag is unnecessary. The bag head is through the two stitches securely closed to the right and left of the center, including the folded corners be fixed. The Knot loosens due to the frictional forces even under low pretension means easy tightening, not.

The
The
From the drawing it can also be seen that the
For the manufacture of the closure described, the
As can best be seen from Fig. 2a, the
deutlich in Fig. 4b dargestellt. If the
Now to the complete one shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b

an seinem Fadenende 3e erfaßt.

As from the above explanations of both the closing of the
