sealing the top of the folded side surface 1 by a transverse sealing component to form a top sealing part 8 and sealing a wire loop 17 at the middle position of the top sealing part 8;
the folded side surface 1 is cut at the bottom seal 9 and the top seal 8 in sequence, and chamfers 12 are respectively formed at both sides of the top seal 8.
